In my opinion, I believe the employees attitude toward customers is of utmost importance.One person I would by rocks from if she were selling them.Is this lady by the name of Dee. There was a big ol white boy and I kidded around and said "do you know how to make a Gooood sandwich? He replied "yes mam" He finished making my sandwich and I told him I will determine after I eat it. If it was a good sandwich, well, it was. The next time I went I said the same thing to another employee who got upset and walked to the back and shook his head and told another employee. I'm not making her sandwich. I never went back again when that person was working to have a sandwich made. Infact to this day I haven't purchased another sandwich Employees need to realize they represent the company and people will spend or not.Pending someone's attitude. Some people wake up and go to the store grumpy. Employee don't try to match their attitude.The store the company is the one that loses
New location for Sprouts in the Coleman/San Jose shopping center, which opened at the end of May 2023. Nice fresh produce section and well stocked aisles, and everything you would expect from a Sprouts grocery store.
I fly in and out of San Jose often, so I visit Sprouts when I want to grab a bite to eat. My recent trip there was more pleasant. I'm not sure if there was a change in management, but there are better options and the staff are more helpful. I recommend a visit if you need to do shopping in the area.
Mr. Danny was very helpful, especially when helping me find anything I needed. Truly such a wonderful man and was above and beyond. Will be returning!
I usually buy these healthy crackers with good ingredients at Safeway for a little over $5.00. I was on my way to Trader Joe’s to do my usual shopping and sprouts just happened to be in the the same shopping center so I stopped to check it out. Besides the crackers they have a bunch of organic products with very healthy ingredients at very good prices. I paid half for the crackers there.
I have never left a review before, but I want to recognize Onelia for her exceptional knowledge and personable service. She has an incredible expertise in herbal and natural healing products that Sprouts have to offer. She is are GoTo person for all of our holistic healing needs.
I go to this Sprouts location frequently and have always loved their service. Out of the store I would say I go to the deli the most and they have the most helpful employees. Their assistant manager, Maria, is so kind and helpful! She recommended some really good lunch meats and was one of the most kindest employees! She didn’t seem to be in a rush and was honestly able to answer any question I had in regards to any of their deli products! This is overall one of the best sprouts and a huge shoutout to their deli assistant manager Maria for being the best!
While this is a great store, the sandwich makers can be more helpful. I like to get the grab and go options on my lunch. Not sure why I have to ask for mayo and mustard and they don't have any to-go packets I am able to grab with my sandwich. Of course they don't pack any with the sandwich. So unfortunately, I have to ask the girls making the sandwiches. Sadly, they are NO HELP. I was already waiting 2 minutes, and they want me to wait a second when she clearly had a moment to just grab them and hand some over. I left pretty irritated since I now have to eat a dry sandwich. People are on timed lunches so if would be nice if they can pick up the speed during lunch hours.
I absolutely love this store! Every time I visit, it’s always spotless, and I really appreciate the way they organize everything—it makes shopping so much easier. They’re always very festive, with decorations that perfectly match the holiday season, creating such a welcoming atmosphere. On top of that, the staff is incredibly friendly, making every visit a great experience. A special shoutout to the service manager, John Bustos, who always goes above and beyond to provide excellent service!
Stopped by for some supplements Friday afternoon and I must say staff was unwelcoming. They just stared down at everyone who walked in; no "Hello. No welcome in". It gets better though, as I was shopping in the supplement section, I have seen an associate [short latina woman, long dark brown hair with black glasses and converse shoes]. I simply approached her and off the bat, irritated she says "What do you need"? Right away, i didn't feel comfortable even being in the store anymore. Honestly, never have I ever felt insulted as a customer with such attitude from sprouts associates. Apparently, she was handling inventory that day but that really gives her a single excuse to treat customers unkindly. They know so much better.
