Sprouts Farmers Market

I had a wonderful experience at this location. Faith went above and beyond to help me. She personally walked me through the store and show me the layout due to it being my first time at this store. She helped me find what I needed and more. Customer service like this makes a huge difference! I left the store feeling appreciated and happy with my experience and choosing to come to this location she is truly an asset to the store!!

Shopped here yesterday for the first time ever and had a great experience. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially an employee named Nathan who wears glasses. He helped me find everything I was looking for and even had great product recommendations. I will definitely be coming back to do all my grocery shopping here! 10/10 would recommend :)

Since starting a new job nearby I've been stopping in here every now and then and every time I leave impressed. Even though it's in a pretty busy shopping center the store is surprisingly calm and organized, which is always a good sign. My disorientation in a store that was new to me must have been pretty visible because Nathan came up to me right away and asked if I needed help. Got me sorted out in no time, which as someone squeezing this into a lunch break, was exactly what I needed. Clean store, chill vibe, and people who actually want to help. Shoutout to Nathan!

I’ve been to Sprouts many times before to order a sandwich but this was the first time I’ve had such friendly and polite service! I kid you not it felt like being inside of a restaurant! The guy who made my sandwich’s name was Julian and he was super friendly! He gave me an accurate ETA of when my sandwich would be ready so that I could grab a chips and drink while he made it! The sandwich was fresh and the service made it feel like I went to a mom and pop shop! Shout out Julian! He’s the man!

First time visit a sprout market. Sunday morning quiet. It is clean and good selections. Not as impressive as whole food.

They have an incredible selection of fresh produce, organic options, and specialty items—all at super affordable prices. It’s one of the few places where you can get high-quality groceries without spending a fortune. But the real star of the show? Their sandwiches! Freshly made, loaded with quality ingredients, and way better (and cheaper!) than most deli sandwiches out there. If you haven’t tried one yet, do yourself a favor and grab one next time you’re in. Also, huge shoutout to John Bustos for always providing great service and making every visit a great experience. Sprouts never disappoints!

I love this grocery store. It is clean and well organized. It could have a larger selection of products but for my purposes it is very good. I stopped buying fruits in any other market (I used to go to Whole Foods for fruits) and will only buy my fruits here. Best apples and pears are to be found in sprouts. It is sometimes pricier than other stores. They should definitely have a membership program offering discounts instead of an app with coupons.

This review is for one of the girls at the deli counter that I was unfortunately helped by. I was here on 07/14/24 at around 2:30pm trying to order a sandwich. I filled out my form and was waiting for someone to assist me. There was a guy in front of me being assisted by one of the girls, she was slicing him some deli meat so it took awhile, but I didn't mind waiting. I was standing there for about 5 minutes when I heard a lady ask one of the other girls standing there to help me out. She gave a stank face and seemed to have asked why or something (I couldn't really hear) but I heard the lady then explain to her "because I'm off the clock and she's helping him with his order." She begrudgingly comes over to assist me and weirdly did not even look at me while talking to me. I was a little confused because I didn't know if she was talking to me because she was looking at the wall. I told her I wanted a sandwich and tried to give her my form and she starts to explain "our sandwiches are listed here" while pointing to the counter. I was confused because again, she wasn't even looking at me, and I had my form ready already (plus the sandwiches were not even listed at the counter she pointed???). She then tells me to set down the form on the table and she took it to go make my sandwich. I had asked for toasted bread and I saw her look at my request and make an inconvenienced face, look to the back where the toaster was, and then turn to me and go "we're only serving cold sandwiches right now." I've ordered toasted bread from the Sprouts Deli before and it was never an issue. She then proceeds to haphazardly make my sandwich and at this point I already knew this sandwich was going to be a huge disappointment because I saw how she barely put any sauce and just threw things on there without spreading it out. The turkey was in a clump in the middle of the sandwich. Not to mention she didn't put the mustard I asked for. She then wraps my sandwich and plops it on the counter for me without saying a word and walks away. She didn't even cut it in half like how they usually do. I'm usually patient and empathetic towards workers especially those in food service or retail but I honestly could not wrap my head around how she even got a job there. There was no basic etiquette or service at all. She made me the worse sandwich I've ever gotten from Sprouts. When I got home, I had to rearrange the turkey to spread it out more evenly, add mustard and more mayo, and cut it in half myself. I could've just made this at home then... This experience was so disappointing, and I've always had a good experience at Sprouts. All the other employees around are always kind and helpful but this girl was really something else. She was just so lazy and incompetent, I don't understand how she is representing the company. Anyways beware if you see a girl in a bun with winged eyeliner about to make your sandwich. From now on I'll be avoiding the deli counter at this location.

I had an amazing experience at this store today, all thanks to Raymond! I was having a rough day, but Raymond completely turned it around. He was offering samples of cinnamon puffs, and I decided to try one—so glad I did because they were so good that I ended up buying a whole bag of them. When I asked him where the sea moss was, he went way beyond what I expected. Not only did he guide me around the store, but he also gave me some fantastic recommendations for snacks I hadn't tried before. His kindness and knowledge truly made my day better. Raymond is a gem, and I can't thank him enough for his help. This was an experience I won't forget, and it made my day so much brighter. Thank you so much, Raymond! You're amazing! Highly recommend visiting this store—and be sure to ask for Raymond! He’s the best!
