This is literally the worst, most unprofessional, disrespectful group of people I've ever dealt with. The VP Lance Keese is the worst of them all. To find out that the VP is the one who was so disrespectful calling me to tell me i am not a man for not being able to make my payment when i said i was. Things happen in life , and i understand holding me accountable but to tell a customer that they are not a man and calling them out of name is one of the most shocking and unprofessional approaches I've ever seen. I've never been so insulted, especially by a person in his position. My family has struggled since getting covid 2years ago but have never been more than a few weeks late on payments. If you do keep in touch with them at the office they're constantly rude. Do not buy a car from this place.i would give them negative stars.

I was in the hospital during this COVID. I was not positive but had other issue but was kept there because of COVID, I had my daughter send in my late payment plus my upcoming payment and then some. I got a message immediately that I was $8.35 short. They have been harassing me everyday by phone and email about the $8.35, I asked if they could waive it. I was told no. I received other emails and the subject is, in all caps, DO NOT IGNORE US. Do not finance with them. They will get you in a vehicle. Your check engine light will come on immediately after, but if it is in the warranty period they say they will fix but you have to leave your vehicle with them because they take it off site and you do not get a loaner. So hope it doesn't take more than a day. This is my second vehicle with them so I must have forgot how it was. The first vehicle they call you one minute after midnight of the due date. Lol, I am exaggerating but not lying.

If I could give no stars I would but you have to give at least one. This company is HORRIBLE!!! I can’t say this enough DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GET A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE! Their company is not helpful they have no assistance in place in the event that something happens God forbid. Lance Keese is not a person who needs to be working with any public. I have never seen a finance company with absolutely no type of assistance in place for ANYTHING! And they don’t give a d*amn if you have been on time forever if you end up in the hospital and miss a payment that’s it’s REPOSSESSION!! There is no negotiation or even the slightest of humanity here it’s all about PROCESS( spoken from Mr. Keese himself). Save yourself the headache I wish I had before my mom went here. MS. MARY AND MS. OLGA ARE THE BOMB BTW!!! THEY ARE SWEETHEARTS❤️

Literally the worst car sales place on god green earth took my car. Because my insurance expired for 3 days wasn’t late on payment or nothing got the car back. Year later find out the transmission was no good, I was put more money into fixing it then it’s worth let them have it back. Looked at my credit score they reported that I still owe them 10k 👎🏾 like I wasn’t making a payment for 2 and a half years btw it was a 2010 Subaru Impreza!!!!!! A 2010 the car was only worth 4-5k

They helped me with a car loan when no one else would. Convenient and easy payments online. The only thing I disagree with or is the $5.00 convenience fee for paying online using my computer and my wifi or phone data. ??? I understand when you call to pay your bill paying this fee. But I made the payment with no assistance from any reps. This is an inconvenience
