Claudia is the rudest employee I have ever spoke to. What kind of company is this? How does she still have a job? No wonder ythis company has 1.3 stars! This place is a joke! DO NOT RECOMMEND.

If I could put no stars, I would. The finance lady Claudia Carrillo is extremely rude. The way she approaches a conversation isn’t professional at all. She raises her voice during the conversation and doesn’t let the other person give their input. Once I’m done paying off this vehicle, I want nothing to do with Stanley auto or Stanley. The vehicle that gave me the transmission went bad how unfortunate especially when I have my family in the car. The Highway. And it starts to turn off.. I hope when you read this, you do not get a vehicle from this place nor the finance. There are better vehicles and places that are able to accommodate on both ends. God bless.

If I could leave zero stars I would. They’re so rude and unprofessional. DO NOT USE THEM. They will not help you. They care about their money to the penny they do not care about their customers. Even if you pay every payment on time it means nothing to them. They will nickel and dime you.

10/10 do not recommend this company. My car payment is due TODAY. I got a text this morning at 9 am, saying my car was up for repossession. I have had this vehicle for a year, I have gotten it inspected and everything. My car is still illegal. I have no tags, no plates. They refuse to send temporary plates. I have been pulled over 4 times this week because of it. Plus, the people in the office are so rude and unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.

Very friendly and straightforward process! At some point I needed an extension and Claudia helped me out with this! She was very communicative and professional! I don’t understand why this company doesn’t have 5 stars, the team has been nothing but good to me!

This place is a joke. Completely unprofessional and rude. Absolutely no help at all. They screw you over time and time. The assistants will get attitude with you, especially Claudia. If your late one time they instantly threaten you with "you can make your payment IF you still have your car". This place is just a complete joke. I will be refinancing my car just to go through a new lienholder. I wish I could leave 0 stars cause that's what they definitely deserve.
