A Starbucks is a Starbucks but if you are in town and wanting a Starbucks adventure this is a really great part of town to visit. Oh yea the staff at this location is AWESOME 😎
The worst experience I ever had. The cashiers were extremely unprofessional and lack of training. One of them started making decision without fully understanding the Starbucks refill policy. I believe this is due to the lack of training or discrimination. I am a gold card holder, and I used it to order a cheese danish and a grande pink drink. When I walked to the counter and asked for a refill of ice coffee, he looked at the sticker of my cup and said, oh you had a refresher and you can not refill coffee. Seriously? The refill policy clearly stated on the Starbucks website “When you use your registered Starbucks Card or Mobile app to purchase a beverage and then present that same Starbucks Card or Mobile app, you can get free refills of brewed coffee (hot, Iced Coffee or Cold Brew), and tea (hot, or iced) during the same store visit regardless of the original beverage at participating Starbucks stores. Once you leave the store, your visit has ended and any subsequent coffee or tea refill thereafter would be considered a new purchase. Refills are not available in the Drive Thru.” Are you not considering a pink drink as beverage? then what is it? This poor new employee training/on-boarding system needs to be fixed, otherwise, you are gonna lose your loyal customers.
I mean, it's a Starbucks, so you kind of get what you get, but this place has tons of seating (indoors and outdoors) and some really great tables (I am nervous to share which are my favorite for fear they will be occupied from here on out, but they're the ones against the back wall near all the outlets where you can spread out). My drinks here have been hit or miss (a couple times they were even out of Chai which should be illegal), but there is parking and clean restrooms, so it's my favorite Starbucks in Seattle.
As one of the larger Starbucks in Seattle if you have a dog great place to go plenty of outdoor seating and dog friendly environments. Also probably one of the best kid-friendly Starbucks I have ever frequented anywhere and this is Seattle and there's a lot of freaking Starbucks! There are kid-friendly environments with toys and Interactive areas for your kids to enjoy and for you to enjoy a little bit of peace and relaxation. And don't be surprised if you see Howard Schultz the CEO of Starbucks hanging out there cuz he lives just around the corner. Huge space amazing staff and pretty friendly environment overall including some of the Seattle locale that you probably think wouldn't be so nice. A very popular spot with the local Madison Beach Valley neighborhood. Give it a try you never know yeah might run into somebody and never thought you'd see.
For the past several days they have not been putting in the ad-one that I paid for via the mobile app, the drinks have also been getting weaker. It tastes as though they only put 1 shot in their grande americano because I can barely taste any coffee. It sucks when you don’t get the product you paid for.
The most authentic Starbucks. A true community center. The terms all ages and family friendly come to mind. There are toys for toddlers. A homework table often reserved by tutors. Regulars from all generations. One woman is in her 90's. A fireplace. Outdoor seating has bench warmers. Big place.
My favorite Starbucks. Great service. Normally I take out (at other Starbucks) but I love the sitting areas (by the couch & fire) and the children's area. Oh, and they have wine. Perfection.
A cozy Starbucks location. The customers are a little smuggy. Although, for all the expectations of a chill coffee shop location, this is it. A large spacious location in a nice neighborhood.
Been going to this Starbucks since elementary school. It is a very nice facility, a d the most recent time I went, the barista complimented my name. Kind staff, and good service.
This is a very nice Starbucks. They have all the regular options plus small plates and wine. The service was a bit slow though as they all seemed very busy pouring wine and bringing people food.
