My favorite starbucks by far! There’s great staff who are extremely friendly and nice. The drinks are very well made. The atmosphere is warm and friendly with plenty of nice people and regulars in groups! They are very pet friendly and you can meet a large range of very friendly dogs! There is lots seating indoor and out with heated seats outside. The location is perfect and they are always fast to create your order.
I go to Starbucks often but never drink an espresso. I usually have a cappuccino with soy milk. I wanted to have an espresso for the review. Wow, the espresso was bad! However, the service was fantastic, and the atmosphere was beautiful
Very popular local meeting place. Child friendly with small, short tables available in one side of the devided seating area. The other side has a fireplace. There is varied style seating throughout, including tall tables with tall chairs, regular height tables and chairs, as well as soft seating. The only possible drawback is the noise level in this busy, popular place. If the parking area is full, it is possible easily find it in the nearby neighborhood.
Barista gave me a chocolate popsicle instead of the ordered cake. When I returned it he unapologetically said he’ll give me the cake, which took him several minutes – so he didn’t prioritize addressing a wrong service. When he finally handed me the cake it was hot - I asked him that I never asked for cake to be heated up, to which he responded it’s their default way of doing things and that I should have said to not heat it up - which I’m pretty sure is wrong as I’ve never experienced that in any other Starbucks. Ambience is great, but all empty tables were covered in crumbs, never saw in the hour I was there any staff walk around and clean tables.
Happy they still exist. Starbucks locations like this one, resembling the spirit of the original version. The one that made me fall in love with this coffee house chain. A place where you like to be.
Employees are great and should get raises for such a great job they are doing! Food is ok, coffee is ok. Didn't need to wait long at all so it was convenient. There is also a decent amount of seating if you need a table.
The Madison Park Starbucks is hands down the best Starbucks I’ve been to, though I’ll admit I may be a little biased since it’s my local coffee shop. What makes it stand out is how consistently comfortable and functional it is. The large seating area makes it a great place to work, study, or meet with coworkers or friends, and I’ve never had trouble finding a seat. It’s also very well maintained. The bathroom is consistently clean, which makes a real difference if you’re spending any amount of time there. There’s also a good amount of outdoor seating, including three heated seats just to the left of the entrance if you’re facing the store from the parking lot. That’s a thoughtful feature that makes sitting outside much more enjoyable on colder days. There is a decent amount of parking, although when it gets busy, spots in the lot can be a little hard to come by. Even with that, this location really stands out for being clean, welcoming, and easy to spend time in.
Love this one. Especially with good weather it’s opens up nicely. Can get very crowded at times. Open at 4:30 for the early risers. Good friendly staff.
Every time I come over and ask for a vanilla latte, I get the same taste of milk and vanilla syrup no coffee at all and that’s ridiculous. It always happens on the vanilla latte. I hope they learn how to make it.
Overall, a great Starbucks location. It's a busy one, and they get a lot of online orders, so you may not see a lot of people around, but they're always busy. They have a nice selection of cups, and lots of seating. It's a pretty big location. It would be nice spot to work from if you have that ability.
