Came in here the morning of Saturday June 14 and was really impressed. Hadn't been in a Starbucks for quite a while for various reasons, but the service was phenomenal. Staff was friendly, helpful, proactive, and whenever things were quiet, delivered orders directly to the person, even using their name. Great staff that made the experience positive!! I wish this location was closer to my house!
Pretentious and rude employees. No wonder the place was empty. We go to Starbucks all the time, and they are always nice, but this location is horrible.
Staff very friendly. The egg, pesto, and cheese was delicious! I ordered on the app and accidentally had it set for a different location. They helped me, no problem.
"Starbucks hires thinkers" Scenario, my niece is upstairs taking a shower. She has asked me for a blow dryer and a brush both of which I don't have. She is as particular about her hair as I am. I pretend I don't hear her request and I tell her I'm going to grab our Starbucks & I should be back when she's done showering. I raced to the nearest hotel, which is a three or four star hotel expecting them to have a little area with things you can buy while traveling if you've left it at home, of those things; a brush and a hairdryer. And let's just say to their defense they were front desk, not concierge... almost giving a pope while picking up my Starbucks order. I asked the same question to the very attentive staff, and they brainstormed quickly efficiently and saved the day. Starbucks hires thinkers & problems solver, this is only one of many examples. 👌🏽 Thanks girls you save the day. I've got my bid for Guncle of the year starting off real good.

Great first experience at this location! Everyone was very friendly, the drinks were made with extra care, and I was in and out very fast for takeout! Also had some fun Halloween decorations.
