They close 5:00pm on Fridays. A kind barista told me on 23-2-2018 that that change was made about a month ago. Their Hours of Operation sign was lost, I think it was a paper taped near the door. Maybe time to invest in a more permanent sign?

Friendly staff. Fast and convenient.
They have the same people ringing EVERY morning... And one of them is actually quite rude. He rushes me and acts like a total diva. I don't feel comfortable ordering here. There are SO MANY competitors downtown.. Total was the last straw. I accidently dropped all my stuff on the floor and he started helping the person behind me when I was picking up my things right in front of him.
I was in line to get a coffee and when I got to cash I reached to a pump that seamed to be a hand sanitizer. I was wrong. It turned out to be an "employer provided hand lotion" 🤣 then I was showed face and be told " if you need anything like that in future let us know"! I am sorry but aren't we in a global pandemic and hand sanitizer is an essential these days?!!! I went to other Starbuckses that day and none had it. Wondering if this is a company policy and a much bigger problem.
Plenty of space for a seemingly popular shop. They quickly corrected an issue with my order (seems the pretzels weren't selling fast enough). Great tasting coffee (dark roast, black).
