Great food! Great variety of flavors for the wings! The corn is my absolute favorite! Staff is very nice and accommodating, this is my new weekly hot spot. The interior is very unique and beautiful great for the selfie lovers. It's always vibe and nice place to meet people! Get out the house or the office for a few and stop by there to see for yourself! you will not be mad.
i had been wanting to try strangelove’s for a while because i’m a sauce lover and love that they offer 30 different flavored wings. unfortunately, the experience was subpar. the food was okay — nothing to write home about. my boyfriend was not thrilled about his wings and thought they were too small. the experience and service are the downfalls here. the bartender was great and doing the best that he could during a tuesday happy hour/bingo night. the fact that the restaurant had ONLY one bartender and NO waiters/waitresses when there are many tables and the restaurant has a full menu is mind blowing. we had to wait 10 minutes at the bar to place our order and there were many other people waiting too since the tables were full. there truly needs to be more staffing than one bartender and a food runner at a full service restaurant for the service to be strong.
Had a guys night out at this bar yesterday and it was pretty amazing. Their bourbon smash was amazing and their signature smash burger was delicious. This was also the first time us guys went to a bar in the city and we aren’t from around here, so this was a very good experience. The staff was friendly too. Would go to this place again in the future.
Joe is a top tier cocktail maker. We had enlightening conversations regarding the cocktails he theory-crafted and successfully made and planned to get into the menu. Escape to Keywest is quite literally one of the best cocktails I've ever had. 20/10
food, service and atmosphere all amazing! i had an event here and the food was soooo good, the service and waiters were lovely. they have a really nice event space upstairs and they can curate however you want!
Amazing drinks and food. They have events every week that are fun to go to. Our bartender Joe made the experience special and intimate with his expertise and conversations. Would love to come back anytime!!
Delicious appetizers, huge portions and local craft beer. We've found the place on our way to the Independence hall. It's conveniently located around the Magic Gardens. We enjoyed our time here. Highly recommend
Strangelove’s has become my favorite spot in the city. The atmosphere is amazing, and me and my friends always enjoy coming here. The staff is very friendly and the drinks are always tasty. Highly recommend the wings and I really love how extensive their vegetarian menu is. Not to mention it’s also locally and black-owned. 10/10 recommend
