Service was fine, store was generally okay. But if you want to pay $20 for a bad sandwich and chips, go to subway. If you want better and cheaper food, go literally anywhere else
Editing my review as service has gotten much better since the last review I left. Staff has been changed around and are usually pretty pleasant! Still not in the best location but that can't really be helped. Perfect for midnight munchies
Went to this particular subway in Seattle, if you’re having visited several over the years. As soon as I walked in, I felt like this was going to be a bad experience, and it was. She was the cheapest nastiest server I’ve ever encountered in a subway. The chipotle sauce was watered down. I wanted to have spinach on the sandwich she said there was none, when I pointed to the fact that there was spinach she reluctantly gave me just few leaves when I asked for more she in a very nasty way said no. All the toppings were very limited in quantity and even though I asked for more she would not. I asked her to cut the Patties she refused. So then I insisted and very reluctantly she did it. Also this place is highly under staffed we had to wait for 20 mins to be served but never go there.
I love getting my Subway sandwich from this location. The woman working at the lunch hour is always so busy with a long line, but prepares each order as quickly as possible and it’s always exactly what I ordered. It’s not easy keeping a restaurant running in downtown right now but she is doing great and I’m happy to support this place!
Really bad subway, don’t go here. Watched the guy stick his hands in his pants in the back office to scratch himself and then came out yelling at some women sitting down. Apparently he told her she has 5 mins and then needs to leave but I was more caught off by how gross he was and he works with food. Who hired this guy? I just left cause it’s obvious bad subway and a horrible location for one.
Good people but the bathroom is supposebly always broken how has it not been fixed. I think it works they just don't trust the customers. I had to use the bathroom to pee so bad I went in to buy food and then they told me it was broken.
Zero stars. Asian women very rude. The store was posted as open, the lights were all on, but the door was locked. Asian women would not even look or acknowledge me at the door so I knocked. She eventually came to the door yelling at me "no knock on my window". Terrible service. Will not return!
I understand that I have to pay for a cup of water but I don't understand if I got my money out ready to pay for it but unfortunately the server is not because they're busy apparently giving away FOOD FOR FREE from the looks of it, he literally made a sandwich and gave it away while never ringing it up. So I a paying customer have to wait just to get a cup of water that I am expected to self serve anyways seriously I don't know who was working tonight I don't know what kind of History they have but they don't have very good customer service skills. In addition this Subway was out of a decent stock of products from cold cut combo meat spinach multiple chips and bottled beverages, lastly it was obvious he hadn't wiped down tables In some time. Maybe he's over worked and the franchise owner should really put some some extra help around idk but either way i wouldn't choose this spot based off my experience.
Came here on new years eve to pick up a doordash order and was told they were out of bread, even though I could clearly see a bunch of bread in the bread box. After a few minutes of watching them make everyone who wasn't white their order I had to unassign the order.
The sandwich I ate was superb. All the ingredients were fresh and the bread had just been baked. I believe my favorite part about the subway experience is being completely in control of how my sandwich is made, all the way down to which slices of tomatoes are used and there placement on the sandwich. I am a picky eater, especially when it comes to my sandwiches. I like them made a specific way. So hats off to the lady that was working that day. She did a great job putting up with me and my pickiness. If the prices werent so high or if they had some type of lunch special, my experience there would have been a 5 star.
