Terrible service. I booked an appointment with a stylist expecting personalized assistance, but that was not the case. The stylist barely paid attention to me, handed me just a few suits, and then disappeared for long periods. I saw him helping other customers with checkout and other tasks instead of assisting me. He offered little suggestions or guidance, and in an hour and a half, I only got to try on three suits. The whole appointment felt pointless. The staff training here is clearly lacking—very unprofessional experience overall.
