I’m definitely impressed by how rude the short gentleman on the top floor managed to be. I have a nice selection of items, but I’ve never seen sales person try so hard not to let a customer buy something. The rest of the staff were very sweet.

If you need a suit and have the time stop by. The store is gigantic and the selection is amazing. So many different colors fabrics and styles. I do recommend that you make a appointment if you can because it can get busy. (Even on a random Wed but this is their flag ship store so it makes sense) There are many floors to explore including the roof top when the weather is good. Staff is welcoming and attentive to your needs and body language. The whole process couldn't be any simpler. Tristian helped me with wonderful recommendations and paid attention to all the details that I was looking for in a suit and what worked well. What made this even easier was the reaching out to me before my reservation and just asking what I was looking for and if I had things in mind already. The small details matter and honestly this started off the process on a very good note. Tristian was very thoughtful in what he recommended and explained his vison which I agreed with to have me coming out looking the best I could in a suit. Tristan made me feel look and feel like a million bucks, defiantly my guy and someone to reach out too. Whole process took less than a week and honestly was ready that same weekend. I ordered a simple and sleek black suit I needed for any occasion and with his professional guidance we were able to select and measure one fairly quickly and efficiently. In an out the door within an hour. I will be definably getting more suits from here. Great work from the whole team at this Suitsupply, masterful work from my guy Tristan.

Recently purchased replacement trousers for a suit, but unfortunately the color did not match the jacket they were intended to pair with. I contacted customer service on April 26th and, as of May 13th, still have not received meaningful assistance beyond automated AI chatbot responses. At this price point, I expected a much higher level of customer care and responsiveness. When customers are spending significant money on tailored clothing, service and support matter just as much as the product itself. Disappointing experience overall, especially compared to competitors like Proper Cloth, who seem to place far greater emphasis on customer relationships and service quality.

This is the 2nd Suit Supply location I visited and had the best customer service experience. Mitchell was very helpful in making my custom tuxedo for my wedding come to life and also knowledgable of everything it entails in styling the outfit as well as fabric recommendations. I will definitely be a returning customer here!

Andrew was super helpful and made choosing the suit for an upcoming movie premiere incredibly easy. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. He understood exactly what we were looking for and guided us perfectly without making it feel overwhelming or pushy. Would highly recommend Andrew and would absolutely use Suitsupply again.

David is a dream to work with! He listened to my needs and expertly put together the cutest suit with the most exquisite fabric in a perfect color way! But that was just the beginning of my custom suit experience….then came Gina with her ruler and pins and her insane eye! They both left me feeling like a million bucks!! Terrific experience! Excellent experience. Tanaya was so calm and understanding and a great teacher/stylist. She took my jumble of words and turned it into my vision. I strongly recommend this shop.

1st time shopping at SuitSupply and I have to say it was an amazing experience! Everyone was professional and friendly. Patrick and the team helped me find the pants I saw online, made sure they fit perfectly, and made the custom alterations process easy. The hospitality was great from start to finish, and Kelly was very helpful towards the end in making sure everything was good to go. I’ll definitely be back for my next purchase!

Had a wonderful experience at Suitsupply. Mitchell was excellent, incredibly knowledgeable and easy to get along with! He was able to walk me through the "how" and "why" of different suit styles, and made sure all of my questions were answered. He even answered some I hadn't thought of, which was greatly appreciated. I will definitely be returning.

Firstly, I wouuld like to say that every sales representative that I interacted with was friendly, professional, and helpful. Ms. Eliz, the sales representative who helped my directly was phenomenal. My first appointment was on a Wednesday evening. I attended a funeral the day before and was not in the space to shop and try on suits. Ms. Eliz rescheduled for the following day and made the experience so pleasant. I'm sure all representatives at every location are friendly and professional but I will be purchasing suits in the future and hope to assisted by Ms. Eliz. In addition to her friendly and professional disposition she made suggestions and recommendations througout the fitting process that allowed me to achieve the look I was going for. I can't wait to wear my suit!
