Sunergy Systems

We had a large solar installation at our home. We picked Sunergy because Greg Williams who designed the initial layout and sold us the system was by far the most professional, the most knowledgeable, most honest, and most patient of all 5 vendors I got quotes from. Greg answered and explained the questions I had (many times refreshing my memory on a question I had previously asked) time and again. He understood that I had to become educated and comfortable with making my decision. Once I signed the contract to move forward, I started meeting other folks in the very smooth Sunergy process. Sunergy is well organized and has a great division of labor and communication along the way was there. To me, the communication along the way was crucial. The electrician and installer were also super nice, super cool, and super respectful taking time to update me on progress over the weeklong install and answer my questions. We had one minor hiccup with Tesla software but Sunergy handled it gracefully and now we have a beautiful, state-of-the-art solar system at our home. I also really liked how the company is employee owned and I felt that was very apparent in the high standards and empowerment I saw in the folks I worked with. I feel very strongly that I picked the right guys for the job. In fact, when I had to ‘break up’ with one of the sales guys at one of Sunergy’s competitors (once I picked Sunergy’s bid), he told me Sunergy was the best in the business and commended me for making a good choice. I highly recommend Sunergy.

The Sun energy team has been wonderful to work with. They were very competitive in their offer, were able to discuss the advantages and break even times for different configurations, and all possible rebates available to a new customer. We worked with Adam Cox, and he was recommended to us by a neighbor, who also got his solar panels done from Sun Energy. Coming to the installation, the total time took less than 48 hours and the team did a clean job in terms of ensuring things look great. Will recommend them to homeowners wanting to go solar.

We have enjoyed a fantastic relationship with Sunergy and every person that we have interacted with. Adam walked us through the site assessment, estimate, design and installation for both our initial 12 panel SunPower installation in 2012 and our 6 panel expansion in 2015. Permits and inspections were seamlessly handled for both. We opted for the added service coverage getting excellent care including panel inspections and performance assessments. Sunergy did a great job in helping us decide to have solar installed, designing the system, scheduling it, getting permits, coordinating with PSE and getting the Tesla and Enphase accounts set up for easy monitoring of system performance. The installation was done on time and the quality is excellent. The positioning of the batteries on the interior garage wall and all the items on the side of the house is organized well and almost a work of art. We are very happy with Sunergy.

Sunergy was great! Extremely helpful, answered every question I had about solar, and worked closely with me to get the system I want. If it matters, they're a local company too! Installation was quick and painless. System was installed in under two days, and after city inspection was up and running in a week and a half with no issues!

Sunergy earns it high rating. They installed my system in 2010 and the equipment is working well. When a problem unrelated to the equipment reared its head this winter they came out during a storm to inspect. Only recently was the source identified, which they corrected. Jason has been great to work with. It is heartwarming to deal with a company that stands by their work and is good to work with.

Although we must wait a few months to get the job done because Sunergy was super busy, it’s worth waiting to work with a professional and experienced team. The team has offered full support and management throughout every step of the project, from the site survey, design layout, and permit application to final successful installation. We really appreciate their hard work and collaboration, and we want to say thanks to Chris, and all the staff of the departments working on the project, such as the site survey, system design & installation, as well as the sales & marketing, administrative, service management and account receivable, etc.

Sunergy installed our 8.8 kW system in January 2026 and we were happy with the entire process. Patrick M did a great job walking us through the initial system configuration to ensure that the system we designed would meet our expectations, and the rest of the install and commissioning process went exactly like the team said it would. We had no surprises and are happily seeing the solar offset our usage. I highly recommend the Sunergy team.

I was extremely happy with my installation by Sunergy. I'd give them more stars if I could. I was replacing two systems, one on my house, one on two barns, because I was replacing the roofs. Sunergy had done the barns 10-12 years ago and a different company the one on the house a little earlier. My Sunergy system was still fully operational, the other had failed, so it was an easy choice. They worked their schedule around the roofers, answered all my questions, and it was all fully operational in 4 days. Their crew was competent, friendly, and efficient, and cleaned everything up when they were done. I would use them again in a heartbeat. I'm even getting advice from them for my son to do a homeowner solar installation with the panels they removed from my barns.
