Patrick quickly answered all my questions on what equipment was being used as well as quickly updated the proposal to my preferred equipment. He also quickly responds to my emails after the install was completed, the payment was completed, and the system was energized. For aesthetics, the team was able to accomodate for my preferences for panel alignment, equipment positioning, conduit positioning, painting conduits black to match the roof, and even do a partial in-attic run. The only feedback I had was that there were some granuales from the roofing singles on the deck below, but I figure that's to be expected with 4 people working on the roof.
We have been thinking of adding solar for a number of years and finally decided it was time to do it. We worked through the city of Bellevue to see what companies were installers in our area. Synergy systems was super professional, gave us a very accurate bid and walked us through the entire process. We now are excited that we are generating solar energy and have reduced our PSE bill by 60%. We were also very pleased with the placement of the solar panels to maximize sun exposure, but to minimize the panels on our roof
Great company to work with. My design consultant Nikki was super helpful and answered all my questions throughout the whole process; from initial consultation to install. They are very transparent throughout the whole process, and there was never a point where I felt like didn't know what was happening. Since electricity rates are going up every year, and having 1:1 net metering still available it was a must do. Especially with an EV and another EV coming in the near future. It's nice to see my electric bill at $0 every month! I will definitely be recommending them to family and friends.
The service exceeded my expectations; I haven't had such excellent support for a home improvement project before. They did more than just provide quotes, install, and inspect—they clearly communicated each step, clearly answered all my questions with detail explanation, guided through the whole process, and coordinated with the energy company. Their professionalism and expertise were consistently demonstrated during every stage of the process, which gave complete confidence in the quality of their work.

The install was easy and smooth. Greg was excellent in answering all my questions and doing a last minute redesign to increase the capacity of the system! And its a bonus that they are employee owned and local - kudos all around.
We recently contracted with Greg at Sunergy Systems for the install of a Tesla Powerwall system at our residence. Sunergy provided excellent advice and guided us through the process late last year to take advantage of rebates. With this system, we are realizing significant energy cost benefits that offset recent energy rate increases and loss of energy rebate programs. The install by Alan was professional and timely with no electrical downtime.

Sunergy Systems was a pleasure to work with. I had 19 solar panels installed in October. Everybody I interacted with throughout the process was very pleasant and knew their stuff. The process played out exactly as I was told to expect. I was most amazed that the entire installation process was completed in two relatively brief days of work. I admit, I did not shop around and get quotes from other solar companies. From what I can tell, they gave me a perfectly appropriate quote from the offset and I had a good feeling about them, and moved forward with them. Can't say I have any regrets!
Superb company. Met all costs and were on schedule. With a background in construction management we were impressed with Sunergy and their Team. Everyone was courteous, timely, explained every step of the process. Had daily briefings in the morning and debriefing at the end of the day.
