Our project was a little delayed but we love our new backyard. Working with the team was a delight. I’m extremely satisfied with their services and would wholeheartedly recommend them for any concrete projects.
BUYER BEWARE!! We terminated our contract with Sunshine Construction after four months because they failed to secure a permit for us and were very difficult to communicate with and get ahold of. Under the terms of the formal Termination Agreement, Sahil (the owner) agreed to return our deposit in full within 10-15 business days as well as all documentation related to the permits. Once signed, Sahil and his entire office staff have failed to return any calls or texts in the past 3 weeks. *Update* On the 15th business day Sahil sent us a digital check that bounced 2 days later due to "insufficient funds." By law, our deposit should have been in a secure account and not used for other business expenses or projects. Sunshine Construction owes us over $36k! I am now forced to sue him for my deposit.
