The store was very clean and organized, all staff members were wearing masks and wiping down surfaces and carts between uses. The wine selection is quite impressive, I’ve never seen a target that had its own beer & wine “mini store” at the front. Overall a very pleasant experience, exactly what I would expect from Target 👍🏼😁
I wish every Target was a super Target! I even pass a regular Target to come here. Produce is always so fresh and it is nice to be able to get everything I need at one place. Employees are wonderful! New deli area and beer/wine area is super awesome. Beer/ wine has their own register!
Nice clean location. I liked that there seems to be so many items in stock, and found several food items on clearance that I could use. I really like the self checkout lane, easy to use and I can check out at my own pace, and using coupons was a breeze. Nice cashier, customer service took care of me when I forgot to scan my cartwheel
I had placed a drive up order two days before Thanksgiving that my husband picked up. I realized the night before Thanksgiving that 10 items were missing from the order. I called and spoke to Grant and he was super helpful and understanding of my frustration. He offered me a great solution and when I came back in to pickup the items that were missing, Abigail at the order pickup area was so sweet and patient! All of it was handled so well!!! Thank you thank you!
Incredibly RACIST. Unbelievable treatment from the staff at this store. I was watched the entire time I was using self checkout. The employee literally followed me to the terminal and stood directly behind me and watched me ring up everything. There were 4 or 5 white people scanning way more items than me that she paid no attention to. She was hot on my trail as soon as I entered the self checkout out area, almost ran into me she was so close.
Store is very clean. Associates are very kind however, needs more training on where items can be found. I found grocery prices are a bit high compared to other comparable stores. Selection in grocery are very limited. The pharmacy is wonderful. I am so impressed with every tech in the pharmacy. The return desk is also very professional and helpful. The check out is also great and associates always have a smile on their face.
I once gave this Target location a five-star review but now I'm going to have to give it a one-star! Long story short, the customer service at this target is becoming like the customer service at Walmart! Not all, but most of the employees are horribly trained. They no longer make eye contact with customers and ask if they need help! They will pass by you real quick and act like they are really busy or they will change aisles if they can! And the reason may be is because most of them are new and not trained properly. This location is not as clean as it used to be, the restrooms are extremely filthy, the trash can right by the front entrance is always always full and overflowing. I was told by one of their employees that has been there for a while that they have new management and that new management is horrible, don't know if that's true or not but the bottom line is that this location is no longer a friendly atmosphere! 👎👎👎
I've never had any issues here as far as customer service. They actually hunted down a Dyson for me once when it was on sale. I called corp to see how the gift card promos work. The registers auto generate the promos. With that being said, this store needs to only place promo tags under the actual items that qualify. Don't expect to pick up your whole list of groceries here, though. But I still enjoy my Target runs. The atmosphere of Target is good, the clothes are cool, and the speed of service is legit.
my online order was fill real fast and ready for pickup within minute and the only problem was pickup? my husband card was on record for this buy and he had his ID but still the sale person had to call me to see if he could pickup the product! beside that the online shopping was easy and my order was ready in no time!
Came to this target location and went through the check out isle. After I had all of my item rung up, as I tried to pay the system crashed. Then I had to sit there for several minutes while to wait on the manager to come and handle the situation, whose next action was to go and figure out if I was charged, which took a while, only for her to come back and confirm that I hadn’t been charged so I had to unbag all of my items for them to check me out again. Me and the cashier remained cordial but in retrospect, there were many opportunities for the situation to handled more timely and efficiently and the managers neglected to acknowledge any value of for my time.
