Love this target and it's employees!!! They let me charge my electric mobility scooter, and never say a word about it. Employees have Fantastic attitudes love coming here to spend my money. That is what little money I have. I come to this target almost every day, and sometimes twice in one day. Thank you very much target employees and God bless you all.
I bought a green summer dress at Target. Loved it! Bought a white second one exactly alike. Same size Medium. The white one always felt big and sloppy. Odd because both labeled Medium. I tested by laying the white one flat on the table; laid the green one flat on top of the white one; difference was obvious; white dress bigger. I wanted to return the white dress to Target but how could I? White dress didn’t have a receipt; had been worn; had been laundered. I took pictures of my test results to back up my reason to return. Still…a very doubtful return. At the Returns Desk at Target: Me: “I need to return this dress but I don’t have a receipt”. T:: “No problem. I can look up the sale with your credit card”. Me: “But it’s been worn and laundered”. T: “No problem. You can still return it”. Me: “I can show you pictures that prove the dress was mislabeled”. T: “Not necessary”. Me: “Don’t you need to get your manager’s approval”. T: “No, ma’am”. This is why Target is my favorite store.❤️
Loss prevention does a good job here
Literally the worst customer service. Ordered some thing from my target app and it was a week late. I realize it’s not the stores fault. so I take it back to the closest store and they can only credit my card or give me a gift card. My card that was used was lost And I didn’t want a $300 store credit. The manager literally said I’m sorry that’s all I can do and walked away while I was still standing there. maybe an apologetic tone would’ve made all the difference, just because I don’t want a $300 gift card doesn’t mean I don’t spend money here . You should’ve delivered it the week before like the date originally said. get it together target. I know that things happen but your manager should have better customer service skills. I don’t appreciate being dismissed. Sometimes all your customers want is a sincere tone and some latitude.
My favorite location. Close to my house and everyone is always so friendly. This location makes me feel at home away from home. I love the ppl @ the deli and at Starbucks. The people in customer service are always helpful and knowledgeable. Even the guys with the carts are so sweet. I LOVE TARGET, I want to be Target lol. ❤️
Ms Elizabeth she the lady that delivered my item to my car She show kindness very professional. I love Target Store it's very clean no drama like certain groceries stores no fighting bad language shop in peace drive up service is awesome it's good for those who have disabilities or for senior citizens working parents that's just need few item in hurry got kids just burn out at end of the day just go to Target app open it create your online account place your order you have a choice drive up pick up or deliver depending on item check details for that this is best idea since this covid it does cut back on contact crowd the team work hard they all deserve a nice vacation with raise and award they on time with services with a smile Thanks Target.com services with a smile

Absolutely love this store, but Roxanne in self check out needs a lesson in professionalism & greeting customers. She was watching me so hard at self check out and wasn’t paying attention that I needed my sensors removed.I had to approach her and as I walked towards her, as If I work for target and can do it myself, she stood there. If you’re gonna watch me and be rude at least do your job that you get paid to do ! I suggest putting a friendly face there to greet and assist customers. Then I went back to get cash because the atm wasn’t working and she almost walked right into me ! How rude and not something I expect when I go into this store I love so much . Luckily I was in a great mood because this could have gone a completely different way .
