Ok I’ve been a target girlie for more years than I’d like to admit but these last few years I’m finding myself coming in far and few between . This super target location is huge but it’s the high prices and lack of vegan options that keeps me from coming regularly.
Fancy store that sells beer, wine and has an optical.
Every employee I encountered was the definition of lazy. I asked were i could find socks. No eye contact or words. They just pointed one way and walked the other. Then, when I grabbed two different packages of socks that were on a nine ninety nine rack, I got to the register, and one came up fifteen, the other one came up thirteen and instead of the employee going and checking, she just told me no, and I either had to get them or void them. I'll never come back to this target again.
My review is technically for Christmas Eve. I had to run to the store because I forgot a couple things for my Christmas dinner. The store was clean albeit a bit busy. That's to be expected for Christmas Eve. I interacted with a Patrick I believe his name was. He helped me to locate a item I was having trouble finding. He was a very nice young man and had a great attitude. I was unaware the store was closing at 8 and I got there not long before. He didn't rush me and was very friendly. I appreciated that. There was a nice young lady who helped me check out, I wish I could remember her name. The employees were so kind. I will be making this my normal Target from now on. Good job hiring people with exceptional customer service skills.
Went Needoh hunting, and sign said 4 limit per unit. So I’m thinking 4 needoh fuzz balls and 4 needoh cubes. It did not say nothing about 4 in total. So I grabbed 4 each making it 8. Well Paul the store director saw my basket and was like it’s four in total and I told him the sign says per unit and he sounded mad with me and angry with me and he was like it’s because of resellers which I get so I was like but the sign says what I read and he’s like we can refuse service but his tone was very mad and angry with me and I was being nice because I’m not gonna get crazy over needohs. But he had told me since I’m being so nice I could pay for four and get for more. Which I did, but I’m very upset how he talked to me. It literally made me scared. His tone was like if he was talking to another man I’m a woman and I did not appreciate it. Even if I misread the sign, I don’t deserve to be talked to that way.
Really loved this target. All the staff I interacted with were super helpful. It is a large target with a ton of clothing selection if you are interested in shopping for the change of weather and they have a hood clearance section.
Xavien really went above and beyond to help me. He was very nice and helpful from the start. Everyone in the store was friendly and polite. I got everything that I wanted from here. This location was the friendliest Target I’ve ever been in. This location is where you definitely want to shop and spend your money at.
I was very pleased with this store. The selection of items was great. The cleanliness and organization of the store was superb. And best of all…the service staff were super friendly and helpful!
Disappointed that they would not honor shelf price. Every item on the endcap had a seperate sign and the employee said no I cant honor that 70%off because the system isnt updated.
On 3/3/26 I was followed by loss prevention as if they looked very closely I went straight to the food section. I have to used a backpack cooler to keep my purchase items in. I know I never put the items in my backpack until it's paid. Please check your cameras carefully before you start following ppl. Some of us human beings are not thieves.
