This is my favorite place to shop in denver. I leave feeling fabulous, fashionable and just so deeply cared for. Caroline, her team and taste, are exquisite. If you want to treat yourself or someone you love, there is no where better.
I am thrilled with my purchase! Not only did it arrive quickly, but it was packaged so nicely I felt that I was receiving a present. The quality of their clothing is superior. You can buy with confidence; I highly recommend The Vintage Label.
Horrible customer service! I went in here on Saturday with my father and fiancé - the employee acknowledged us briefly but went on to help another customer. Every customer after that entered the store, the sales woman kindly greeted them and then informed everyone about the promotions and offered all of the other customers water. We did not get the same treatment - we were not offered water or informed about the promotions going on. I have worked in luxury retail for 7+ years and as a doctor , customer service is still part of my profession and a crucial part to retail. It leaves such a bad taste for a store when employees "judge" and treat customers differently. I will never shop here and will make it known to my friends and family not to either after that encounter.
Stopped into The Vintage Label with my mom and the vintage is absolutely stunning! We each two dresses for an upcoming wedding event! Staff was extremely helpful and kind!
Beautifully curated shop with a nice balance of luxury vintage pieces and new boutique items. The Owner is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. So glad that I was able to visit this store while in town and plan to come again.
I encountered one of the most incredibly rude staff people ever in this shop. First, right as I walked in I was summarily scolded for not reading a tiny sign saying I couldn’t have my coffee in hand. That was minor, but then as I inquired about a specific item I was looking for, when it became clear they didn’t have the item the sales person just walked away as I was finishing speaking to them, without saying a word. I still thanked them as I walked out and was completely ignored. What a strange way to do business.
Carolyn is amazing! Great barware and perfect for gifts. Got a friend a hot from the hat bar and she loves it! A perfect touch of vintage in an ever-growing hip city!
