Great selection, but I was going to buy a pair of shorts that I was certain would fit and the woman working asked if I was sure they’d fit. I said yes. She said I really think you need to try them on, they run small. I again said I felt sure they’d fit, she continued to say they would likely be too small. I do think she was probably trying to be helpful, but pushing past suggesting that I needed a bigger size into outright insisting that I did was too much. That said, I’ve only ever been to this store this one time and it was probably an “off” moment.
This was the most bizarre experience I’ve ever had in a store. Literally felt like I got pretty-womaned. I was staying down the street at the four seasons and wandered in to check the shop out as I love vintage clothes. 1) barely any vintage, mostly cheugy up-priced boutique clothes with one rack of grossly overpriced and not well curated vintage items 2) the ladies were so rude I was honestly stunned. One of them complimented my hair extensions by saying “your extensions are blended so well” after not greeting me and only making me sit down my iced coffee. This is funny because I had to split my hair appointment into 2 sessions that day and had sewed in my hair and not yet dyed it. It was blatantly not blended. Copy paste Regina George from mean girls. I’m so confused by this whole establishment.
The customer service is AMAZING! The owner Carolyn went above & beyond to make my online shopping one of the BEST experiences I've ever had! She even called to go over all the details ...and she's a joy to chat with! I look forward to doing more shopping with the Vintage label!
We had the best experience shopping with Carolyn at The Vintage Label today! I’m so glad she decided to open today. She was incredibly patient finding my daughter the perfect hat and helping her accessorize the hat. I wish we lived in Denver so we could visit the store in person more!
If you’re looking for a unique gift or special item, it’s worth making a stop here. The aesthetic of the store was extremely thought out. As the cherry on top, you will have the opportunity to interact with two amazing women - Carolyn, a very talented business woman and Bridget, extremely passionate about the brand. My friend bought a beautiful hat that everyone complimented in Aspen and we kindly directed them to the vintage label in Denver. Thank you ladies for such a wonderful store experience!

We visited Denver for the weekend and going to the Vintage Label was (besides the Taylor Swift concert) our favorite part of the trip! Carolyn and her staff are the absolute best - kind, informative, honest, helpful, and engaging. This is a must-visit for anyone looking to shop in Denver! Their hat bar is the best around, and their unique vintage clothing, barware, and jewelry is stunning. We loved our experience❤️❤️
We were magnetized to this store so decided to walk in. Not even expecting to do shopping. Caroline and Karin were so awesome and kind. Extremely helpful as well. Great choice of highly curated vintage clothing and housewares, with a curated and adorable collection of their in house brand. One of the coolest stores I’ve been in for a while. Will definitely come back next time I visit Denver
