This was my first experience purchasing a fitted suit, shirts, and pants. Jake Hadley took care of me! He was professional, sociable, and generally just a great guy. I am extremely happy with his work. Perhaps more importantly, my fiance was extremely happy with his work. These won't be our last purchases.

Jake Hadley is my Tom James haberdasher. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. Any problems I have had have been taken care of immediately. Jake is a pleasure to deal with and is not a pushy salesman. He always has great recommendations. The quality of Tom James clothing is great. BEWARE!!! The quality of the clothing is lacking!!! I purchased a number of suits, shirts, pants and even shoes. The first time I wore one suit the first time and a beltloop detached from the pants... I reached out to my high pressure sales person Tate Zigerman to let her know and the first thing she told me was that my suit I sent the picture of was a suit she didn't sell me?? I had explained the exact suit and color to her and after she remembered selling me the suit a few weeks earlier, she told me that it was because the the belt was pulled hard upward???? I put my belt on the same way I do with all of my other clothes and never had this issue. Immediately, I thought, "oh man, this is how it's going to be after she is done with the sale???" Either way, a pair of split pants and a suit jacket with the interior torn (both after only 2 wears) on top of the belt loop, told me that what i am paying good money for is not worth it. Buttons falling off, Threads coming out.... Not what you would expect. The answer form Tate and her team... "there is only a 30 day repair window after anything is provided to you..." It's unbelievable and frustrating. Not to mention Tate's sales tactics are VERY aggressive and she asks for referrals so she can make her President's Club every time. She has absolutely no remorse, she is in it for the sale and then will leave you hanging with any issue. It's completely unprofessional but more importantly, the quality of the clothing is sub par at best. Again, Buyer beware!!!!!
Tom James is second to none when it comes to being one of a kind. Tate was amazing as always. When you have someone who looks out for you in every aspect of clothing it makes you feel cared for. I will always use Tate for my custom clothing.
My boyfriend and I worked with Jake for a suit and dress shirts, and he was awesome! We got everything picked out, we had a fun time in the appointment and Jake gave great suggestions. I would highly recommend Tom James as an option for the men in your life who may not love traditionally shopping for suiting and other mens clothes and that would enjoy the special experience of getting custom clothing!
Scott Sawyer is my haberdasher and he absolutely the best in the industry. Being a bigger guy I need exact measurements for a great fit. Scott take his time with his clients to make sure the fit is amazing as well as style. I always feel and look sharp after meeting up with Scott.

For my first time buying and having a tailored bespoke suits I knew I wanted it to have a special emphasis on attention to detail. Jake Hadley was the tailor who made the suit happen. Jake took over my suit project after unfortunate circumstances with a prior tailor. He was methodical and to-the-point while offering great points about my preferences and styles. Overall incredibly happy with my experience and definitely will be going through Tom James again.
