I've had the pleasure of working with Tom James for the last 4 years. Bayleigh has been amazing to work with. Great customer services, very responsive, and very flexible with my work schedule. I love the quality of the pieces I've purchased and they have all held up over the years. Working with Bayleigh has bee great as there is no pressure to buy and she always seems to find items that I'm looking for and is always keeping notes on ideas I send her for new pieces. I get all my clothes from Tom James.

I've been working Tom James and my excellent designer Tate, for the last 5 years. Took a little break due to Covid and remote work, but when I needed a refresh on my professional wardrobe, Tate was ready and the service and quality of their work is outstanding!

Bridgett Mbanusi has been my Clothier for about a year now, and has helped me completely revamp my wardrobe! She is absolutely wonderful to work with, very professional, and extremely knowledgeable. From formal wear to casual attire, she has supplied me with suggestions and outfits to elevate my style. If you’re thinking about clothing from Tom James, seek out Bridgett.

Jake Hadley was excellent during my consultation! This is the first time I've ever had a custom-tailored suit, and Jake did a great job guiding me through the process. He is professional, personable, and best of all he made sure that the suit came out exactly how I wanted it. I'll definitely be going back to Jake and Tom James for more custom clothes in the future.

I have been working with Tate from Tom James for several years now. She is always a joy to meet with. Over the years she has really honed in on my style so when we sit down to show me some new items they are usually something that will catch my eye. At the same time she is never afraid to bounce an idea off me to see if I might be interested. She has been fantastic to work with over the years.

I'm so grateful for Bridgett Mbanusi who helped me level up my work wardrobe while I was being promoted over the past 10 years. I was meeting with C-suite clients, networking across Denver, and representing our brand at MidFirst Bank. She has been thoughtful to my likes and dislikes, pushed my initial instincts, and curated a well-rounded selection of options where I cannot go wrong! Now we're having fun! A truly disappointing experience. Tate, my sales rep, used pushy sales tactics to get me to order more than a suit the first time I met with her. I didn't want to order more than a suit, because I was unsure of the clothing quality and wanted to try a suit first. I ordered with Tate, but since I live in New York City, I was assigned an additional rep in NYC. There was clearly a lot of miscommunication between the two reps and a lack of follow through. When my suit arrived to New York, Louisa, the other rep, had me go to the Tom James location for a fitting. The suit didn't fit at all - I'm not sure why Tate took my measurements in the first place, because they were basically useless. I had another fitting 4 months later, and it STILL didn't fit properly. Finally, my suit jacket and pants arrived around 5 months after ordering from them, but my shirt was nowhere to be found. I asked to speak to management, and Tate told me that there is no management. She offered to refund my shirt - we were 6 months in at this point. Tate was rude and unhelpful. I reached out to their corporate offices. They assigned me to a new rep, Kaitlin, who was the most helpful rep out of the three. I received my shirt 7 months after placing my order, and it still doesn't fit. At this point, I'm going to accept it as is. The last thing I will note is that Tom James only recently started making custom clothes for women. This is apparent, as the suits fit like men's. They have no idea how to shape their clothes to fit a woman's body, and the material feels cheap. I highly recommend staying away from this company all together. Edit: Tate also told me that I won't need to take off my suit jacket in the workplace, because I shouldn't show my shoulders working in a corporate office. I highly doubt Tate has had any experience working in a corporate office based on that horrendously minsogynstic comment.

I have loved working with Tate for about 5 years! From the beginning, she has always been helpful, approachable, and professional. She's guided me in picking out an awesome variety of beautiful, personal, and well-fitting clothes. Getting dressed for work used to be a struggle, but now it's easy! Thanks!

What can possibly be said about Tate the great?! I am so fortunate to have such a caring, kind, stylish, and straight up killer of a haberdasher. Since I started working with Tate in 2020, my wardrobe has improved immensely. My wife has commented about how I have “such nice clothes”, and I love the way I look and feel in every piece of clothing I have purchased with the help of Tate and Tom James. I have worked with Tate for the past three years and she is excellent. She is professional, knowledgeable, and always prepared with new ideas for pieces that I love. She has helped me establish a top notch, versatile professional wardrobe. When I had an issue after a cleaner caused some damage, she quickly helped me with the repairs.
