I’m extremely disappointed with Tony’s Vehicle Solutions. I took my truck in to get repaired, and they told me the car computer system needed to be replaced. They charged me $2,600 for the job but later I found out they never even changed it. They left the old computer in my truck and still charged me for a brand-new replacement. This is dishonest and completely unprofessional. I trusted them with my vehicle and my money, and they took advantage of that. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Be careful and double-check their work before paying.

great experience: fast, and high quality service. I got an oil change, brake change, and engine air filter change for my porsche 718 cayman and I am very pleased with it. The staff is also very friendly

This place was a blessing for me- they fixed my car in exceptional fast timing and also overall provided an amazing service replacing my cv axle and pcv valve! They are the best auto repair facility in Miami, thanks for taking care of our car to be back home in Virginia. The car broke down right when we were about to head to the highway, it was screeching and the car was veering to the right. We looked up the closest shop and found Tony’s. I had the screeching for awhile, but the veering to the right was scary and just started, so we found a shop. Tony did a diagnostic and found out it was the CV axle that caused the veering off. He also found out that the screeching I drove down here with was because of pressure building in the engine. No mechanic I had previously been to ever told me thatc they just said “I don’t know.” One guy even told me it was my belt. Dumb. Just dumb. Tony is the best. He knew what was wrong and even took the time to show me, opening up my hood. As soon as he turned that knob, it hissed and the noise disappeared. He said my engine could’ve exploded with that and it’d be unethical to let us leave without fixing that. We were low on cash and they gave us time to gather up the money while they worked on the car. I had to be back in Virginia that NIGHT and praise god, they finished with the car by 1 o’clock-ish. Fast service. The young women at the desk were very professional and helpful as well, taking turns answering the phones so they could help me and the other customer that was there, switching back from English and Spanish to make sure their clients understood everything and Tony understood what was being asked of him when he worked on the vehicle. I had not trouble understanding what was being done, whether I heard the first gosh or Spanish since my Spanish is a little rusty. the plan was executed perfectly. I wish I knew the girls names who worked the front desk, they were PHENOMENAL. I left that place with no noises coming from my car and it riding smoothly. Made it home in time to go to my work meeting. Thank you Tony’s Vehicle Solutions! I wish we had you in Newport News, Virginia! Bunch of scammers out here. Tony is gold standard car service!

I called and spoke with Jackie, she was so helpful and friendly on the phone, I took my Cadillac in yesterday, they kept me posted on the diagnostic testing throughout the day, and didn’t pressure me at all about anything, my car was ready same day and didn’t try and upsell me with things I didn’t need, great service and experience!

I recently trusted my wife’s X3 to Tony and over all was a great experience. They did an excellent job replacing the lower oil censor, a coolant leak was taken care of, engine oil change, transmission fluid and filter change, new all four break disks and pads. The staff líder of customer service a very knowledgeable young woman was absolutely excellent. No complaints on my part. Nice to entrusted the X3 to a very professional group of people. Thank you very much.

My experience at this place was not good. I visited this place on 11/13/2025 because my car was having problems. They recommended a tune-up and other services. I agreed to the tune-up and the transmission oil change, and they charged me $1,181.27. Among their recommendations was an engine oil change, although it was still far from the time required according to the manufacturer. As soon as they handed me the keys, they asked me for a good review without even starting my car. Thirty days later, I returned to this place with the same problem. They told me that they had only replaced 2 spark plugs and that probably the others were the ones that were damaged. They push very hard to get you to use their financing plan. Extremely disappointed with their service; I do not plan to return. I do not recommend it. You don’t need to bother replying to my review.

My 2021 Tucson was perfect and had no issues. Then the A/C stopped working, so I took it to the shop. They fixed it and I paid $1,800. After 3 months, it started leaking hot water and broke again. I went back to the shop and asked what happened. They told me it was something else, a pipe. I asked how much, and they said $2,500. What?? Then I bought the rubber pipe myself for $45, installed it, and it’s perfect now, thank God. They were trying to charge me an insane amount. That shop is a scam—they just want money. I recommend always checking the estimate and then going to another shop to compare. If it’s something simple, you can install it yourself. That shop is very shady and they damaged my car. I prefer taking it to the Hyundai dealership; it’s more trustworthy.

Speedy service and great attention to detail explain to everything that needed to have been done to my car with no pressure to do it today.Even allowed me to schedule my next visit right on this spot

Best place ever , needed help with a tire that they usually don’t do this and still pulled thru 10/10 def recommend.
