I’ve hauled multiple loads for TQL throughout 2024, and after months of reliable work, their actions in December have left me extremely disappointed. Without any supporting documents—no photos or proof of the condition of the merchandise before and after loading—they unjustly held a few of paychecks $18,000+ hostage over a completely unsubstantiated claim. Despite numerous calls and emails, the claim department manager completely ghosted us, and it took over three months for them to file a claim against our insurance, all without any evidence. My insurance adjuster is still waiting on proof from their end. This experience has severely impacted my business financially. I urge anyone considering booking with TQL to be very cautious. I will update this review if and when the issue is resolved. Edit 4/10/2025: I'm still working with TQL manager in claim department through my insurance adjuster, no reason given why an accepted load was not acceptable a few days after load was stamped and signed off, no pictures given, no reports given
TQL has an is one of my main brokers. I have found in 10 over years they do what they say better than most. They work hard to keep things moving. An will work with you for the most part when things go sideways. An it will its trucking. There not a babysitter there a broker. Tka to all the people that make it happen. Its been 8 year working with TQL, and suddenly they told me that we can't work with you anymore. I asked for the reason, rep told me that we cannot disclose any information. I mean that's not fair, you should let the carrier now the reason, what happened.
This company is nothing short of deceptive. They prey on carriers with dishonest tactics and empty promises. I had heard countless warnings about their unethical behavior but never imagined it would be this bad until I experienced it firsthand. They will find every excuse imaginable to avoid paying for detention, effectively stealing the money that is rightfully yours. Their entire operation seems designed to deceive and exploit. We are left with no choice but to cancel our contract and take them to small claims court. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this company—they will only take advantage of you
We have requested several times to have our business number removed from your list. Your employees, particularly “Ben,” continue to call at least 10 times per week. You even tried acting like you called the wrong number. Based on this alone, we will never run freight through your company.
We have several carriers that run loads for TQL frequently with much success and some amazing brokers but; recently we have had a couple of carriers that are NEW to the industry that have been tagged, flagged for whatever reason and they TQL compliance department told the OWNERS that they could NOT tell them the reasoning behind why a NEW MC Authority was flagged or tagged and then rudely hung up. This is sad these carriers are already struggling to get the business off the ground to only be delay with no explanation as to why. IF THERE IS ANYONE READING THIS AND CAN SHED SOME LIGHT ON WHATS GOING ON IT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

I've been hauling for TQL for the past 5 years and they are the most professional brokers I've dealt with. The brokers are very professional, and they care about the carrier’s needs. If I need a lumber fee or have a question, the night shift staff are always there for me. The pay TQL offers is very good. I recommend any carrier to haul with TQL and experience how awesome this company is with their clients.
Did a load recently with a really awesome guy , JASON HICKS,He was really nice and very straight forward.Gave us a great load at a good price ,and we were able to contact him at any time ,he definitely helped us out with all the issues we had and took care of it right away. They basically harass businesses with unwanted phone calls and communications. It does not matter how politely you request to be taken off their list, or how many times you request to not receive calls, they will keep calling. Just remove my business from your call list, please. Stop harassing what you consider a potential customer. I explain every time we do not do logistics. We do not do truckloads.
