The facility was very clean and well-kept. However, the furniture was outdated. The beach location was perfect and enjoyed my stay. I would stay here again.
This timeshare has been an incredibly disappointing experience from start to finish. Booking the vacation you actually want is nearly impossible, and when you do manage to secure something, the accommodations are mediocre at best. The customer service is, quite frankly, unacceptable. Every interaction feels frustrating and dismissive—starting with Olga when it comes to billing, and continuing with Ricky, who offers little to no real support even for basic issues like logging into your account. Professionalism and courtesy are clearly not a priority here. What makes it worse is the feeling of being completely stuck. This is a lifetime commitment that you cannot easily get out of, even after it’s fully paid off. On top of that, you’re still required to pay ongoing annual fees, while receiving little to no value in return. There’s no incentive for them to improve because they know you’re locked in. If you’re considering a timeshare, I strongly advise against choosing this one. It has been nothing but frustrating and disappointing.
We stayed at Siesta Villas in Ocean City Maryland. We loved the location and the property. Everything was new/updated as promised. We had a very easy check in process, and we didn't experience any problems during our stay. We definitely want to return to the property in Ocean City. The Plan with Tan representatives were great and we even received free travel cups and a towel as appreciation for booking. Very pleased!
Liki Tiki is an extremely well kept and well run resort. The pools are all heated; even the water park pool. Chairs and towels are provided. The layout of the resort is comfortable. Very relaxing resort. Amenities were great; water park, peddle boats, two-some and quad, four wheel bicycles were fun, shuffle board, ping-pong, and mini golf.
Perfect location for these cabins, everything is pretty much in walking distance and the forest is a short drive away. The staff services we're excellent. I highly recommend these cabins to all clients/employees, I will definitely be booking again. I had a wonderful time and an amazing experience. Pigeon Forge, TN I will truly miss, but will return.
Jaco Bay, Costa Rica. Great place to stay. Very inviting pool. Gated and very safe. Close by to the main strip and beach.
Location was great room was clean and staff helpful. Restaurants nearby beach right out front and private section belonging to the hotel. Great pools next to each other. Would have given 4.5 but couldn't.
What a fabulous stay at Safety Harbor Resort and Spa. We loved the fact that the healing mineral waters were throughout the entire resort! The staff was very efficient and professional. We will definitely return!
Villa's of Sedona Arizona exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay there again. Our Villa was absolutely beautiful & clean. I could go on but there's not enough room in the comment space 😀
Our family had a great time at Lost Key at Perdido Key! We had a clean and gorgeous place to stay located near the pool and fitness facility. The gorgeous ocean with soft, white sand that did not get hot was just a phone call and short bus trip away! The Beach Club and pool overlooked the mesmerizing Gulf waters and everything was conveniently located including the restaurants, grocery stores and other cities. We would definitely recommend this destination! Thank you from our family! The Amann's
