We just got back from our stay in one of TAN'S Ocean Pines properties in Berlin, Maryland. It was wonderful!!!The property was very well kept, spacious and beautiful. We loved being so close to the attractions. Routes 50 and 90 were short distances from the property giving us quick access to Ocean City, Md, shopping, restaurants and the beach. I'd like to say that I have been a TAN member since 2004, and I've NEVER been disappointed in any of my accommodations. Thank you TAN for another memorable vacation!
The Customer Service Support for the Travel Advantage Network is unprofessional and extremely difficult to work with. We had complications with our travel outside of our control, and the TAN group was not only unable to work with us, but also refused to provide a refund, essentially robbing us of over $500. We have been loyal members for over 10 years, and it is clear no matter how long you work with TAN, they will simply not work with you and your means. If you want to book with TAN, please be advised that they can be difficult to work with if anything should occur with your planned trip and most likely will not get a refund for your stay.

I need to share with everyone how TAN took care of our situation in Pigeon Forge, TN When we arrived on Friday, there was a serviceman fixing the TV satellite. I was told the TV wasn’t working. He got it up and running. Saturday through Monday, we had NO hot water. I reported it on Saturday. On Sunday, we had a terrible storm. The roof was leaking. We were totally frustrated. Not fun taking cold showers. I called Monday morning, spoke to shawtee (sorry if I spelled it wrong) I told her, we are not staying here another day. She said give me an hour and I will find something. It wasn’t even that long she called and had another cabin to stay in. She really out did herself. She found a beautiful cabin that faces the mountains. What an upgrade of what we had. Not only that, she gave us 1/2 of our money back and put them thru credits for next time we travel. I have been with TAN 10 plus years. This was simply outstanding and should be put out there for the best customer service experience I had ever had. Thank you Shawntee
We had a great time, the Beaches were Beautiful, we saw a monkey, I pigs and an iguana. The condo had a nice view of the pool
Superb company. Well worth the money invested. The vacation packages have forced me to get the family out for the summer, including 3-4 day holidays. We have stayed in many vacation areas all along the east coast; we have never run into any "bad" accommodations. If you're an annual Florida visitor, this is the best bang for your buck in terms of lodging in Orlando/Kissimmee.
Stayed at the lucayan resort and it was beautiful very clean and very cozy definitely will stay here again 😁
We had a great time at the Grandview in Las Vegas and there is so much more to do there than gamble and go to casinos
We really enjoyed our stay at The Cove! The beach was beautiful and the staff was fabulous. We loved the location as well.
We have been with TAN for 6 years and i have 0 complaints. The places we have stayed and the experiences we have had have been great! i recommend TAN to all of my friends and family. Cant wait for my trip to Maui this month.
