Decided to give it a try and they charged me $300 more then they told me it would cost. I talked to the man who told me $95 is the first month cost and he flat out lied and said that he didn’t ever say that was the cost. I then talked to his manager and she lied multiple different times about the fact that I clearly stated, “ I understand the first fee will be $395.” Which I did not. These people aren’t trust worthy and if they make a mistake will do everything they can to twist your arm to believe it wasn’t them but you who is wrong. Eventually after I called enough of their lies by pointing out the fact that if I understood and clearly stated the fees were gonna be $395 then why would I be having an issue and wanting my money back. I wouldn’t trust them as far as I can throw them. They pester you for your business, then rip you off when you give them it.
I was initially frustrated but their follow up customer service warranted at least 4 stars and could end up being five. In addition to the service they offer, their customer service and client focus warrants giving them the opportunity to earn your business.
Excited to launch my ad campaign with Unifylink. So far they seem to have a clear view of my needs Jessica Hanson was spot on in wraping her head around how to tweak the campaign wit her customer focused approach
Jessica Hanson is the bombdillio. She was a good listener and related well with me despite what is likely a severe generational gap. I am looking forward to working with her going forward. The only issue was when I was talking and it seemed like she just wasn't listening to a word I said - but then I realized I had muted myself.
I had a negative interaction with a salesman at this company. Not long after I received a call from a manger at the company to enquire what had happened in order to teach/train the salesman and look into ways to correct the issue. That is why I edited this to 3 stars vs 1.
