I am so excited to work with Unifylink! In my consultation, there was a clear understanding of what my business is and what I am trying to accomplish. Frankie was well prepared and presented me with several ideas that were creative and engaging. The final ads were delivered as promised, on time and beautifully presented. They have taken my businesses to new levels and have been very helpful with someone like me who is not the most tech savvy fellow to begin with. I am very happy with the service Unifylink provides. I do not have the time nor all of the knowledge to run as extensive of an advertising campaign as what they do for me. I manage my husband's business page and we can see new business from their efforts regularly. The ROI on this is as good if not usually better than any of our other marketing efforts we have done. The content of the ads is professional and they work with us for our compliance (insurance industry) requirements. I do not hesitate to recommend them to any small business owner. I tried their service for a couple months and decided to cancel. I can't get a return call. Voice mail is always full. Skylar doesn't answer my texts, I can't leave a voicemail. Direct phone number is always busy. I was charged even though I canceled the service. I am currently going through my credit card company to dispute the charges. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They do not return calls or deliver on their promises. Update: The following day after i wrote this review, I received a call from Kenny Inthavong, Campaign Manager. He was very apologetic about my frustrations to reach someone at the company. I informed him of the roadblocks I had in trying to reach someone to cancel my service and that their processes needed attention. I don't know if these have been fixed, but I did receive my credit as I had asked for and canceled the services.

Unifylink is an amazing company that provides quality service. The team is trustworthy and quick to answer any questions you may have. They offer a level of creativity that I have yet to find anywhere else! I would recommend Unifylink to anyone looking for exceptional marketing services!
