Vibrant Table was a dream! This was my first event with them and hopefully not my last. Katy Nelson (Event Planner/Project Manager) was incredible. Her communication was professional, timely, and friendly. She attended several on-site meetings at the venue and handled the rapid fire questions with ease. She managed all of the rentals and nothing was missed for our 200 person event. Her day-of management team nailed it. Family style, full service catering is not an easy event and I felt as if I was twiddling my thumbs once food started because they were efficient, effective, and overall amazing. My industry experience allows a healthy level of perspective and I don't recommend or review vendors lightly! I highly recommend Vibrant Table for your future event. You won't regret it.

As an event planner for Your Perfect Bridesmaid, I love working with Vibrant Table. Their food is top notch and their customer service is amazing. Their food is creative and delicious. They can take your favorite food and put their own spin on it in a super fun and yummy way. Their entire team LOVES what they do and that makes ALL the difference. Two words: book them. This was one of the best decisions we made and I can’t begin to even come close to delivering a review worthy of their services. The catering team was flawless. The food was phenomenal, the staff was on another level, and their work before and after was commendable. I don’t think our wedding would have been nearly as successful if we didn’t book them. They were extremely helpful before we even booked them. Kathy gave us wedding advice and we were drawn in with her helpfulness. We chatted with other catering companies that did not provide that level of service. After that, Megan was super helpful by asking the right questions, reviewing our rentals order, and even assisting with the timeline. They were more of a wedding planner than our actual planner was. And they honestly handled all the logistics. We got so lucky booking them. They offer superior service and affordable options. We chatted with about 10 other caterers and no one else came close.

Vibrant Table catered the dinner for my son's wedding reception. The food was so delicious. So many of our guests made sure to tell us how much they loved it. The flowers were absolutely beautiful. The Vibrant Table staff were really professional. They anticipated every need and thought of every single detail. We could not have been happier.

I hired Vibrant Table for a recent corporate event. We were planning the event in a much tighter deadline than usual since we weren't certain if COVID restrictions would go back in place or not, and yet VT was a delight to work with from beginning to end. Off the bat, when I reached out to ask them about their current catering options, they asked what kind of event I was hosting and offered a potential menu. Their initial menu suggestions were phenomenal and we used almost every suggested dish. Their bar package was affordable and easy to customize. Set up and take down was fast, efficient, and at no point did they make me feel like I was in the way while I was setting up the rest of the event. I had a designated contact for prepping the event and was given contact information for my day-of on-site lead a few days prior. Leigh Ann, our on site, was so professional and friendly, truly all of the staff that I worked with were. Thank you so much for the fantastic food and drink. I will be recommending that we use VT again for future events!

VT was recommended by the venue where I had my wedding. The tasting was fun and I was able to request small changes that were listened to and accommodated for, which was appreciated. Megan in the planning team was great to work with. Wonderful in coordinating layout/timeline and troubleshooting. Watching her and my wedding planner (Wandera Weddings & Events LLC) plan during a virtual meeting was amazing. The food was tasty and beautifully arranged. Would recommend

As the owner of Your Perfect Bridesmaid (a local wedding planning company) I have had the good fortune of working with Vibrant Table many times over the past 16 years of coordinating weddings. Each time I have admired their outstanding food, and wonderful customer service. Yesterday however completely blew my mind. A quick story: It is the day of Portland's 2024 Snowpocolypse. We have a weddings scheduled to take place at a venue about 20 minutes from downtown PDX. The groom wakes up on his wedding day and decides, "can we just have the wedding here at our hotel". His goal was to keep the guests from having to go out in the snow. Planning a wedding usually takes months. But thanks to unparalleled service at Vibrant Table we completely moved the wedding to the hotel, worked out layouts, a new catering plan - - everything in just an hour. To say that Vibrant Table went above and beyond doesn't scratch the surface. They embraced the change, reversed all the plans we had put into place over the past 8 months of working together and re-did them to work for this new venue. They saw someone in need, and the moved mountains to help. Cam, (and the entire Vibrant Table team) thank you for being the utter definition of hospitality and customer service. Thank you for all the flexibility patience, and your willingness to pivot. You saved the day and I so, so appreciate your partnership.

I was referred to Vibrant Table through our venue, and I couldn't have been happier with my decision to use them. They were incredibly helpful leading up to the event with selection of the menu and answering all of our questions. On the day of the event, they arrived on time for set up and clean up. The presentation and food was wonderful. Several of our guests commented on how good the food was. I highly recommend!

These folks catered my wedding recently and they couldn't have been better! Total pros from start to finish and the food was fantastic. Nothing but compliments about the food from our guests. Cam was wonderful to work with leading up to the event and Cara was a great day-of point person.

We hired Vibrant Table because they were on an approved vendor list through our venue for an event of 300+ people planned on 45 days notice. Kyle was our project manager and Tom handled night-of. They did a *phenomenal* job and I will definitely be using them in the future for any event that can afford it. We were terrible clients — picky, fickle, and cheap — but they worked with us, and the food and decor they provided was incredible and definitely made our event a success.
