My wife and I worked with Vibrant Table to do the catering at our recent wedding, and we had a great experience! Everything from contracting to menu tasting/selection to pre-event rehearsal and day-of service and execution was handled professionally and expertly, even throughout a couple of personnel hand-offs (nothing unexpected, just normal planning>day-of coordinator transitions in terms of our point-of-contact). We had passed appetizers (korean fried chicken; pea puree crostini; and crispy polenta bites with mushroom duxelle) which were all very flavorful. For entrees, we selected cod with an amazing cheesy potato cake; filet of beef with horseradish whipped potatoes; and three-cheese risotto cakes, which my wife is still raving about! Desserts were amazing - we got mini versions of two of our favorite desserts: a deconstructed banana cream pie, served in a shot glass, which was incredible, and a mini lemon curd tartlet. Neither my wife nor I drink alcohol, so we were very happy that Lisa and her team worked with us to develop not one, but two signature mocktails for our wedding (served alongside a selection of wine, beer and cider). The mocktails were both delicious and colorful, and we were so impressed by this level of attention, detail and service. Lastly, everyone on the service staff – down to the great bartender – was so friendly and professional. Would highly recommend VT for your catering needs!
The food was amazing and the service was so smooth on the day of the wedding! I had a lot of allergies and Vibrant Table was able to cater to everything perfectly. All my guests continue to rave about the entire mea!! The only concerns I had about the final bill/preparation for the event was resolved promptly and so I consider myself to be very happy bride:)

Amazing team and outstanding service and support. Hosted an event at the Loft at 8th with the support of Vibrant Catering and Events and it was a smooth and painless process. From the moment that Miranda walked me through the event space all the way through with our Event Manager Crystal, every member of the staff was helpful and supportive. Would highly recommend both the Loft and Vibrant Table for any event in the future.
Karen at Vibrant Table was phenomenal to work with as we planned our celebration. She gently guided us through food and decorating options and helped us put together a beautiful event. Every detail was thoughtfully planned and executed. Highly recommend Vibrant Table and will absolutely use them again!
It was very important to us to have great food and professional service for our wedding of 300+ people. My wedding planner recommended Vibrant Table right away. Emily Michel was our coordinator throughout the year, and my now-husband, my parents, and I all appreciated her so much. She was always very responsive and professional, and I was especially touched that she always went out of her way to see through any request we had. As far as food quality goes, you can't do better than Vibrant Table. Their food is DELICIOUS. My family is Greek, and Emily helped us put together a menu that had both traditional and contemporary components, and the end result was something that was both authentic and unique and our guests are still talking about how delicious the food was. Emily even helped us import a couple bottles of Ouzo and Raki for an extra treat for our guests! On the day of our wedding, all of the catering staff worked together like a well-oiled machine. Every staff member I saw had a smile on their face, and were on-point all the time. The buffet lines (there were 2) moved quickly, and our guests were not left waiting and no one complained of being hungry (as a Greek, this is my biggest fear... haha!). Our centerpieces were small cakes, so after my husband and I cut our small, 2-tiered cake, VT staff passed out cake servers and knifes so each table could cut their own cake. This idea worked perfectly and our guests loved this too. I couldn't be happier with our choice of caterer. When it comes to price, Vibrant Table is definitely higher-end, but they are worth every penny.
