Left work early to get my meds from the pharmacy and they were closed early at 4:45 instead of the normal 5:30 with no explanation….
Went in and asked to use a restroom. That ended up being a mistake on my part, as they had Metro trespass me for life from this location. For asking to use a restroom.
I like this store cause it's something good that person can find in downtown especially when you have no time to go to Walmart. Benadryl was good by the way, it really helped

There was a cashier there who was sooooo hype about my having points and dollars to spend at Walgreens, she made the experience fun. :)
Pharmacy is terrible. I work downtown so thought I’d get my doctor to send prescription here. They said they didn’t get it and it was “lost in space.” I called my doctor, they confirmed they sent it so I changed it to Publix and got it in 20 minutes.
Convenience is what it is. I can come in and get my medicine and what I need while I am downtown taking care of business. Everyone there is always helpful and smiling.
Rude staff the lady working in the over the counter med ile cloud not even stop what she was doing to help me and another customers find what we were looking for.I'll never go back to this location ever again
Checkout line is almost always long, and the staff is always quick and polite.
Staff went out of their way to be as rude as possible. Only go here if you really want someone to give you a hard time
