I placed an order for 3 puzzles on August 8. I received 1 of them on August 31 but have never received the others and the store will not return my emails. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. Definitely would not recommend.
Please do not order from this store. Last spring, I ordered three puzzles. After sending five emails to the store, several months later, two of the puzzles finally arrived (in the fall). The third NEVER arrived—and, 8 months later, I never received a refund (the puzzle was in the $30 range) or even a response to my additional emails requesting one. It’s awful to get ripped off, especially when you’re the kind of person who deliberately chooses small businesses over the Amazons, etc.
Do not order from this store. Only half of my online order was fulfilled. I e-mailed multiple times and have not received a response. I called the number posted online and no one ever answers or has called me back. I've requested a status update or refund and received no response. Update: I've been fully refunded. Very grateful.
