I like the location of this store in Seattle Central Downtown. The store is very clean, well-laid-out, and well-stocked. It offers a large buffet of salads and hot dishes and features a spacious dining area (both indoors and outdoors) for customers.

Great food selection and a fantastic array of organic products! The staff is always friendly and helpful, making my shopping experience enjoyable. Love the prepared meals section—it saves me time on busy days!

This store became our destination for groceries shopping when staying in downtown Seattle. Conveniently located with a wide range of merchandise - it was a five minute walk from our hotel to buy ready to eat food as well as items to stock for the next day. It was a pleasant surprise to discover quite a wide selection of red and white wine available when looking for some special items to accompany our dinner.

They had everything I needed as I stocked up some stuff for my Airbnb. Good variety on everything. Store was very organized. Liked the self checkout option.

Horrible experience with a blue-haired employee at checkout. When I first asked whether her lane was still open, she responded very rudely and aggressively, making us feel unwelcome. We then moved to another checkout lane. What happened afterward was even more concerning. The same employee came over to our lane and was helping other customers bag their groceries. However, when it became our turn, she suddenly walked away and left us to bag all of our own items. Instead, she went to help customers in a neighboring lane. After we finished and left, she returned and continued helping customers bag their groceries. We also noticed that when the neighboring lane was serving Asian customers, she was no longer assisting there. The pattern of her behavior made it difficult not to feel that we were being targeted. I cannot say for certain what her motivation was, but based on the way we were treated compared with other customers, it left us wondering whether race played a role in the different treatment we received. This experience was disappointing, uncomfortable, and completely unprofessional. We will not be returning to this store.

Carolyn didn't just point me to the cheese; she gave me a full-blown masterclass! She walked me through the store to find the perfect pairings for the meats I already had, explained flavor profiles, and gave me the confidence to put together something amazing. ​It is SO rare to find this level of genuine kindness and expertise. Carolyn, you are a rockstar! I had to take this picture of her because kindness like that is a rare and deserves to be recognized! Thank you Carolyn 😊

I had such a lovely experience at Whole Foods Market on Westlake Ave in Seattle on 02/21/2026 around 3:05pm and I just want to say thank you to the nice young man who helped me that afternoon. I came in looking for a Hydro Flask and he took the time to help me find the exact one I wanted without making me feel rushed, he was genuinely friendly and patient and made the whole shop feel easy and relaxed. He also sorted something out for me at the till which I really appreciated and it honestly made my day. Proper good customer service like that doesn’t go unnoticed and he’s a real credit to the store.

First time using the Whole Foods pickup option when ordering a package from Amazon. The counter was located at the front of the store which is convenient since this is a really busy location. The process was simple and only required the barcode that is sent to you once the item is ready for pickup. Would definitely recommend this option for someone that has a smart phone and does not have a safe way to receive packages.

It has truly become our go-to place because we can pretty much find everything we need in one stop—from fresh organic fruits and vegetables, to ready-made salads, sandwiches, and even hot meal plates. The variety and quality of the selection make grocery shopping not just convenient, but also enjoyable. Parking is hassle-free and conveniently located, which is always a plus. The store is also very toddler- and PWD-friendly, making it accessible and comfortable for everyone. The self-checkout stations are quick and easy to use, which really speeds up the process, especially during busier hours. The staff are consistently courteous and helpful, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. On top of that, the entire grocery hall is beautifully designed, well-lit, and immaculately maintained—everything feels fresh, clean, and thoughtfully organized. Whole Foods isn’t just a grocery store—it’s an experience that makes shopping feel effortless and even enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone who values quality, convenience, and excellent service!

A must visit place when we come to states. Like the hot food section in the store. Tasted better than they look actually. Enjoyed the selection of protein, carb and veg options. Have a good selections of cakes and sweet treats too. Interestingly, we have to be a customer in order to use the toilet hence I have to grab a bag of chips, paid for it and get the toilet code on the receipt to access the toilet. Fair practice. They have a sit down area where we can enjoy the food.
