Got some cookies from Whole Foods, loved the strawberry one and the peanut butter cookie!! Rest of them were okay but did not like Pistachio one as it was a little bit bitter. But if you love the taste of Pistachio then go for it 🥰🥰
Whole Foods Market is clean, well-organized, and filled with high-quality products. The produce is always fresh, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It’s a great grocery store if you value quality and a pleasant experience.
I usually give Whole Foods at least a 4 but this one does not offer their deli deal, a main with two sides, which I have found in every Whole Foods except this one. The layout of the regular checkouts and the self checkout are nonsensically far apart. The dining area is stocked only with the decidedly not eco-friendly little individual packets of catsup, hot sauce etc whereas most Whole Foods make those available in bottles. The restroom also required a code to enter, an inconvenience and a "security" charade which can be easily bypassed.
This is one of my favorite locations! You can park in the garage or on the upper deck…which is really convenient. This location stays open a little later than some of the other ones and they usually have a good selection of meat and produce….also, the store is usually clean whenever I’ve gone. It can get pretty busy in the evenings but the lines move quickly. I’d definitely recommend this location over the one in Interbay.
I’m new to the area and I tried a whole bunch of local places, including the metropolitan market. Whole Foods is head over heels better than anything. I’ve experienced so far. The variety of products, the freshness of produce, baked goods and the hot tables are the big plus.
Ive never seen a grocery store so clean and organized in my life, it looks so good it seems like a movie set. I have to give props to the staff and management for keeping such a nice looking store in a downtown location.
I'm highly disappointed with this store. I've had to deal with alot of upsetting situations over something so simple that you would think should be already understood. I'm a daily customer of the whole food store ,and the employees who work here in the back making and serving pizza dont have a full understanding in my opinion that they are there to serving us the paying public. They have told me over and over again that they can't reheat up the pizza that they are serving. Meaning they saying they can't put the pizza back in the oven for reheat for a few minutes. Andrew one of the supervisor in my opinion has not handled that situation properly. He gave me a gift card and rewarded me for the one time I had to leave with a cold pizza, but then I've still had the same situation two more times after that , the staff denying me proper service. At this point I have no choice but to give the staff making & serving the pizza & Andrew two thumbs down. 👎🏽 You guys need a make over at this store , they make the whole food store look bad. Why are you telling people you can't reheat up the pizza you are making. Poor customers, bad attitudes, and not showing the proper respect for paying customers. My encounter is bad attitudes unfriendly works running across this store big time. Somebody help Westlake Wholefood get it together please & thank you . Make over needed here big time .
Horrible customer service from the blue haired employee that watches over your back and asks to see receipts. This isn't Walmart. They have security guards that don't even do this. In fact, nobody else does this. It is against store policy and I'm not sure why you would want to treat your customers this way anyway. It only alienates them but hey, you win. This place does not care about anything as far as I can tell. They constantly raise prices on just about everything with no logic or warning. The hot bar food is regularly burnt, the pizza never has any sauce, and they are always putting out food that is inedible. If it's inedible, you can't sell it, but that doesn't stop them from trying. Sauce is one of the 3 main ingredients on pizza and they basically leave it out completely. They are too lazy to remake anything . I've been embarrassed for them and at times the quality of the food and the fact that they still put it out as if everything is ok is hilarious. What a joke.
Just too expensive for working class people. I can't respect grocery stores that cater to only the upper class. Everyone should be able to afford healthy food in this sickening country....
Tried their pizza at the hot bar, very good. Clean and efficient, loved the location as it was downstairs from my hotel.
