Good service, easy to get what we wanted.
The staff in this location were very friendly! I had just bought a Breville espresso machine and they were very willing to give me tips & tricks to get started. Thanks for being so hands on and helpful!
Louis! You are awesome! You taught me some pretty cool stuff about the Breville Barista Touch Impress Espresso Machine. It made a very a good cappuccino. Lots of options if you want to make your own espresso at home. Yummy 😋
Horrible experience with their staff. I made a return and then was told I could only get a check mailed to me and not my cash back. The address on the check receipt was wrong and when I called to fix it, they told me it was sent to corporate and they couldn’t fix anything. I called corporate and they told me they only handled online orders and that only the store could help me. Very unprofessional to just pass the blame instead of trying to be helpful. The person i spoke to was just giving attitude the whole time. Horrible staff! This issue it ongoing….
The sale lady was not that helpful.
Went in today, staff was helpful, but then they overcharged by $20 more than what the tag said on the item. Tried calling customer service and then the store directly, but some reason they need me to go back to the store to make the adjustment? Why can’t they do it over the phone?
Anna is amazing. We came in with a third party registry issue & she completely put us as ease and made sure we would be able to buy the items we preferred. She checked on us periodically as we shopped but was never pushy or rushed us. All the while I saw her help other colleagues and shoppers! We’re so happy WS is back in Portland and we’re so glad Anna is there! EDIT; get the buttermilk waffle mix. *chefs kiss
I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I called ahead to confirm the availability of a specific product (slow cooker) and was told it was in stock. However, when I arrived about 30 minutes later, the item they presented was not what I had asked about. It was frustrating to have driven all that way due to someone else’s error. To make matters worse, the store clerk showed no concern or effort to assist me in ordering the correct product. I left feeling extremely frustrated.
I knew wanted I wanted regarding espresso machines. However, the store associates were so kind and helpful and were (seemed liked) genuinely excited for me and the new product. They stated don’t ever hesitate to come back in if I had any questions about the product or even how to use it. Thank you!
I have stopped here a couple of times within the last month. Louis was super helpful. And the staff were super patient each time.
