I visited the store today to process a return. I hadn’t read the return policy, so when the associate told me I was past the 14-day limit, I asked what my options were. Instead of explaining, she just walked off without saying anything, leaving me completely confused. Surely, there had to be other options, right? I went to my car and called customer service, who kindly granted me an extension on the return. Feeling relieved, I walked back inside. The same associate immediately said, “Oh, she’s returning—she must have the code for the extension.” Thankfully, a different associate helped me this time, and she was super nice. Curious, I asked if the first associate was a manager or an associate. I was shocked to learn she was the manager. I mentioned my experience—how she’d completely ignored me and walked off when I asked for help. The second associate seemed uncomfortable but listened politely. In my opinion, a manager should be more helpful and set a positive example for associates, not treat customers poorly. Sadly, this manager gave off “high school bully” energy rather than professionalism. While I’m grateful I was able to complete my return, I feel this experience needs to be addressed, and I’ll be reaching out to the district manager to share my concerns.

I generally like Windsor and have visited this store in many states, but in this particular location there is a mess and things are not folded neatly, the first time I went in and left a minute later, I didn’t want to buy anything here

Small store, limited availability of items, rude staff, torn items for full price and the staff isn't dressed appropriately (no bra w/ nips showing through the shirt and unkept hair). Very disappointed with my experience here.

I went this morning and it was the worst experience, barely had a greeting wasn’t asked if I needed help absolutely nothing. I proceeded to ask if I needed to inform them when I go to the fitting room one of the girls turned around and said how many items do you have and not in a very happy way I apparently bothered them for asking. My daughter went into the fitting and I was waiting and one of the girls kept staring at me instead of staring at me ask me if we are finding everything okay but no nothing. They continued to stand behind the registers talking amongst each other and it definitely didn’t matter all the people in the store. Hopefully neither of them were managers because they were awful. I will never come back to this location. This store also was a mess like no one recovered it the day before. What has happened to customer service!

I always try to be gracious with retail workers because I know it can be a hard job but every time I’ve shopped at this location everyone is rude and as unhelpful as they can be I initially went in to buy a dress for an event I was going to the dress ended up not working out and so I came back to return it where I was immediately rudely told that was out of the return window and that I couldn’t get anything back, but store credit when I asked if there was anyway I could just get it back on my card because I don’t shop at the store I was snapped at and told no so I took the credit and ended up coming back in to buy some shoes. I bought the shoes, took them home and a sensor has been left on it which isn’t a big deal, mistakes happen but I had to take them back again because I wasn’t able to wear them for the event I needed them for so I no longer needed them so I just wanted to return them. I was told that my return couldn’t be processed because they had run out of gift cards to give me and that I would have to come back this time the manager was helping me out and the whole time she was speaking down to me and snapping every time I asked a question. She told me I should just keep the shoes or to come back later but if I was out of the 30 day window, I couldn’t return them at all but you think is very unfair because it is her fault I’m unable to return them not mine. overall, the quality of the clothing is very poor and every experience I’ve had with the staff is very unkind and after I’m able to return my shoes, I will never shop here again

YOU NEED TO FIRE YOUR CASHIER! This is the worst store ever. The customer reps are rude. The dresses look like hand me downs and are torn and ripped at places, lose threads all about. Dressing rooms lack privacy. I had tried on a few dresses and hung them up on the clothes rod— two separate representatives called me back out loud in front of the whole store to put the clothes back on the hangers and put them back from where I picked them up. They need to fire all their employees or send them to an etiquettes school. Absolutely disgusted by the store, NEVER GOING BACK AND NEVER RECOMMENDING IT TO ANYONE. I mean is that what customers are supposed to do. High end brands also do not expect you to put your dresses back up on the hangers and in the spot where you picked them off of and you know what’s the worst part one of the sleeveless dresses didn’t even have the black loop to hang the dress back on— EXPLAIN TO ME HOW DO YOU HANG THAT DRESS BACK UP? Damaged dresses priced at $80– are you kidding me right now? MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO LOOK INTO THE WORKINGS OF THE STORE ESPECIALLY SINCE ALMOST EVERYONE ON HERE HAS NOT GIVEN MORE THAN A 2 star review

I went here to go prom dress shopping with a friend. I’m never coming back here, the customer service is really bad. I went straight to the back and found my size. It was high up so I asked one of the workers to help me. She straight up gave me attitude and yelled at me saying “Don’t pull it down”. I wasn’t pulling it down at all I was just holding the bottom part of the dress. When I tried on a dress I asked one of the workers if I can go find another dress and save the dressing room. My friend was holding the dress for me, the worker said something I couldn’t really hear her but she said I could only be in the dressing room for an hour? Thats not what I asked, I’m not sure exactly what she said. The worker snatched the dress out of my friends hand and went to the cashier, she thought that we wanted the dress even though we asked for a dressing room saved. The workers was giving us alot of attitude. They were treating us very poorly. Please have a talk with the employees, my customer service experience wasn’t so great. Very rude employees.

Pretty much the worse store I have been ever, I went to the store to return two items the first one I have been exchange before so they told me I wasn't able to even though they never were used and the second one I buy it the same day I went to exchange the first item so they gave me only one receipt and the "Manager" was saying that I need another receipt cause that one says that the other one was a exchange too which one it wasn't like that, they scam me and take my money I leave the clothes cause they weren't going to be used worst customer service I got the receipt wrong because of them and they tell me I can't returned cause the receipt it's wrong this is a joke

This was my first time here and all the staff was so nice. There is a wide selection of dresses and accessories. Very clean and organized. Angelica is the best, she went out of her way to help me find a similar dress and nailed it! Sadly i had to leave for an appointment but i cannot wait to go back and order my dress tomorrow 💕

Angelica was Sooooooo helpful! Not only did she help me with shoes at practically closing time, she found the exact dress I was looking for online and ordered it for me(shipped to my home) with FREE shipping! Cherry on top, she helped me find the most perfect jewelry to complete my look. I'm going to look stunning for 10 yr wedding vow renewal. What a great trip!!! I'm driving away with the biggest smile. Thanks guys!
