The Windsor workers have always been snobby tbh. But the “stylist” that had her belly out wearing the cheetah top and blonde hair pieces was rude lmao. We asked for something to be taken off the mannequin for purchase. She gave the stankiest faces and didn’t say anything when my friend said thank you lol. Just rolled her overly makeup outlined eyes lol. Please stop hiring these bratty little girls. We just put everything down and walked out.
Very messy and unorganized store. A worker walked in on me naked while I was changing and said she was looking for a wallet someone lost. Super uncomfortable. To top it off, the worker who checked me out at 4:30 had a horrific attitude and yelled at me about keeping the dressing rooms clean and re-hanging my items (I hung them all back up and personally handed them to a fitting room attendant). Very poor customer service. It’ll be a long holiday season if the workers don’t lose their insane attitudes!
Instead of worrying about the worker that was very nice and helpful. You should worry about what you look like when your hair dresser moves your appointment and you have to work! She has a disability anyway it’s rude to down another person and the company allows you to. How would you feel? That girl was upset seeing this ugly review from an ugly person. The one disappointment is you!!!! You must’ve been a bully in school!!
This store is waaaay better than Windsor at Town East Mall. As soon as I came into Windsor at Grapevine Mills I was greeted by a lady named Dorian! Dorian was absolutely amazing, not only did she greet me but she assisted me through out the entire time I was there and made sure I found what I was looking for! Dorian's attitude was unmatched! Because of Dorian my experience at Windsor was great ! Thank you Dorian! Thank you to the other lady that was there too, she was definitely great as well. Dorian NEEDS a raise ASAP! Thank you Dorian!
Sara at the Windsor Grapevine Mills location has outstanding customer service and follow through. She has patiently worked with me for the last few days to find me several dresses that I needed in specific sizes from various Windsor stores across the US. After locating them, she had them shipped to me at my closest Houston location. I cannot thank her enough for all her work on my behalf.
The manager at the Grapevine location was incredibly rude and leads her team poorly. There was an obvious lack of organization proven by the long lines and amount of unattended customers. You can only blame the employees to a certain extent but it truly all boils down to the person who is leading them. I didn’t get the managers name but she was long faced and older appearing. If it wasn’t for the procrastination of female teens for their black tie events or the spicy night club goers this store would cease to profit! GO TO SHEIN ITS CHEAPER FOR THE SAME STUFF AND YOU DONT GOTTA DEAL WITH THE RUDE MANAGERSSSSSS 🗣🗣🗣
Store is very hot, very crowded and the dressing rooms are a nightmare. No privacy at all, people stick their fingers in the rooms, and then curtains open way too easily. They really need to change their dressing rooms because their dresses are real nice

Took my daughter there to get a dress today....dads treat. I typically dislike these outtings, but today at this store, i experienced a very helpful staff and extremely nice dresses at a press a father loves. Nice Ty.
Went in prom dress shopping for my daughter. Sara the salesperson was extremely helpful and patient with us. I will definitely recommend coming back. The store girls be bigger. But staff was wonderful.
