How are you just now responding tour review from 7 years ago this only further puts an exclamation point on my initial review I delivered their 7 years ago and you just responded to it think about that. UPDATE: I appreciate the apology thanks for going out of your way to make things right verbally.

Security nice. Everything else horrible. 3-4 hours minimum because they breakdown and count product. Receiving office hates truckers and so rude and so much attitude. Blacklisted this warehouse!

Check in 6:30 for 9 pm appointment Security rude and ignorant now is 9:30 pm still waiting for the door Worst DC on the east coast that I have been in last 10 years

Had appt 7 pm . Checked in by 6.15 pm. Unloaded by 7 pm and got ppw by 7.15 pm. Surprised and happy coz they used to take more than 3 hrs for in and out. Thanks for the improvement!

They r rediclous , lumper too slow spend 6 hours last week. No more they change now they not unload before oppointment, so every body goes before 40 minutes please & now they not let u in yard before , park outside on English avenue at your own risk, police give u tickets because if u want park there you block right lane on English avenue ( tnks ) good one your own risk

The lowest and the worst customer service ever; ignorant supervisors who has no respect and human values in whatsoever! It took them 9hrs and 45 mins to load two trucks! People, please be aware of this place and understand the consequences of going there!!!

Now they started taking the loads by appointment let’s say if ur appointment at 10:30pm just get there around 10pm and park the truck anywhere on street and get checked in with the guard they take ur num then he will call you whenever the dock is available. Usually they’ll make you an empty within 1.5- 2hrs.

This two stars only for guard super helpful. in Check in office the lady has attitude she did not answering your any questions idk what kind attention she have but totally unfairly with drivers. I think she dont know Without drivers she may be loose her job. That’s all

No respect for truck drivers or their neighbors. You have to wait on the street until they feel like calling you. DO NOT SHOW UP EARLY!! They will not take you in. My load had prepaid lumper services by the broker, and it still took them over an hour to bring me my paperwork after the dock light went green. Kroger should be ashamed of themselves for running such a poor operation. Terrible logistics management.

It’s Kroger dc . Unloads can easily take 5 hours . And man… they hard on your trailer coming in and out with the forklift… lumpers will take your money and make you wait for paperwork for few hours …
