The girl doing security/check in when you first pull in is highly rude and disrespectful. A disgrace to the company is an understatement...please find someone with grace and well mannerism to replace her. And I've had terrible encounters with this lady more than once...so unpleasant

Security at the front gate is awesome very respectful men but as always there always has to be that one person to ruin it for everyone...the lady with the colored dreads at the receiving office has the nastiest attitude..🤮 the moment anyone walks through those doors she gives you a nasty look then talks to you in a dry energy draining way ... Ridiculous

Not sure what people are talking about with parking on the street for checkin, I just parked in the gate at the guard shack like the guy in front of me and had no problems. Maybe that’s only a thing right at the start of receiving when they have dozens of trucks coming in. Also they took me over a day early and everyone was nice, so these guys are gold in my book.

Delivering 19 pallets of water to this place can take them four or more hours to unload. It’s ridiculous. There is no breakdown. Should not be a lumper fee. I can deliver 19 pallet of water to three Kroger stores and spend 15 minutes at each store, unloading it myself but yet a distribution center will take over four hours to unload make it make sense. I have started returning the water back to the shipper when the receiver takes longer than four hours to unload. To me that’s a contract broken by not honoring the appointment time. I have requested RMA numbers from the shipper and received them and have been paid for that return the same rate as I got to deliver it. Kroger DC’s are a joke and this one is absolutely disgusting and filthy. Can’t believe food comes out of this place.

Security was super easy to deal with. But not only do they have you stage on the side of the road, they have you staging in the right lane. DO NOT TRY THE SHOULD ER RUTS WILL DAMAGE YOUR EQUIPMENT.

Guard was pretty chill. That’s about it. Unsafe to have trucks parked in the middle of the road on a busy street. Been sitting here now for 45 minutes waiting on just paperwork. Already paid lumper fee, was first time here wasn’t sure how to use the app. Lady in office said she would help me then completely ignored me and started video calling someone and gossiping with other co-workers.Ended up walking out of office and called company. To all O/O stay away from this place.

I will never take any load for kroger any more. I always spend a lot of hours to get unloading and receiving the POD at anywhere I go for kroger. In this place I came to the guard check to check-in and security guard screamed you can not stay here go stay in the line. I spent almost 2 hrs in the line and I found out trucks don't go in order. I walked back to the guard check to see what's going on and he was laughing and said you need to come here to check in. So why he didn't check me in at the first time and tell me go park in the street. They want you to park in the street and walk almost half of mile to him to check-in and stay at least 20 min outside in this freezing weather waiting for him to take the information. That's didn't show any respect for drivers.

These people are super stupid here who ever set this system to park the trucks on the side of road and then walk to security with paper work. Question are you or your facility responsible if a driver gets hit on road by another vehicle and are you or your facility responsible for if a driver gets a traffic ticket for blocking that traffic lane. And than they want too make a vest compulsory inside the building. I’m mean ask yourself if it does make a sense or not.
