My mother was hospitalized in Chico and we needed to quickly arrange transport to a care facility in Santa Clara closer to her home. Chris was my contact person, and was wonderful to work with, explaining the process and costs/payment up-front. AB Transport was right on time in picking her up, took her directly to the facility without issue, and provided me phone updates at pick-up and en-route. We'll absolutely use AB again, and recommend them to others, for any future medical transport needs. We had a very positive experience.
This Company is Magical! They have restored my Faith in mankind. In a World that has become so weary...Chris and his Staff shine like a Bright Light. I needed a Medical Transport for my sweet mom from Las Vegas to San Jose Ca. They were so wonderful and caring just like family. AB Medical Transport was great to work with! We needed to get my mom to the hospital on Sunday. My mom was on a stretcher, coming from overseas. We needed transport from my apartment when she arrived, but the estimated times for her to get to my apartment kept changing. A and B answered my call immediately - after four other companies told me they were not available because it was Sunday. They were patient with the changes in time and reasonable in discussing the costs. All around, they were patient, thoughtful and professional. They got my mom to the hospital quickly and helped us with the admission. I highly recommend them for your non-emergency medical transportation needs.
