Course material was very detailed pattern of course is very well done so you can test your knowledge before going to final exam

The police video was very good. It gave me an eye opener as to how driver, police relations should be like...showing respect to each other and being calm in any given situation. My issue was with the final assessment. I was not aware it was the real test I was answering. Was thinking I was going to be informed about the final test so I can pray 🙏..nonetheless it's all good 👍 🙏

I would give 0 stars if I could. Day after day, same issue, it locks my son out before he has reached the 4 hours. We called and did text support multiple times, got every excuse of how it could be our fault, ensured we did everything correct (don't click extra - he did not, log out conpletely, and force stop the app - always does that, etc etc). Now when he should have been done last week, he is not ready for his classes this week because he can only do 50 minutes a day. Customer support won't do anything at all. Pitiful service with software glitches.

Pretty quick, very convenient when it comes to getting it done in your own time. The site and app gives questions in the lesson to make sure you’re understanding the topic and to make sure it’s also you.

I used Aceable in January 2025 for traffic school in lieu of points following a ticket for a moving violation. At the end of the course they said there was an issue with the DMV accepting my certificate of completion. After two weeks of emails Aceable told me the certificate had been accepted. I received a letter from the DMV in August letting me know my license was being revoked because I never submitted the certificate of completion of traffic school. Absolutely unacceptable! I had to go to the Clerk of Courts office and show proof of payment and the certificate and now have to wait for the points to be removed from my license.

The material was easy to read and follow, so when it was time for the exam everything flowed nicely and I was able to go back and check sections of the book. Happy to say, I passed with an overall score of 92%. I have found my new go to for CE. I highly recommend it to all.

⭐ 1-Star Review for Aceable Very disappointed with Aceable. The enrollment process is completely misleading. You’re automatically charged a $20.95 fee for “instant certificate delivery” with no clear way to opt out — even though standard certificate delivery should be included in the course price. On top of that, they sneak in a $5 monthly subscription for Roadside Assistance that I didn’t want, didn’t agree to, and wasn’t given the option to decline. I was charged for four months before I even realized it, and when I tried to cancel, the process was frustrating and uncooperative. Their customer service just gives you the runaround — multiple emails later and still no resolution. I’ve asked for refunds and cancellation of unwanted charges, but nothing has been handled properly. It feels like their system is intentionally set up to trap you into paying hidden fees, then they make it nearly impossible to get help afterward. If you're thinking of signing up, be very careful — the way Aceable handles billing and subscriptions is unethical, and their support is not helpful when you need them most.
