DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT sign up for this program as they will fail to inform you correct state changes as well as the fact that you will have to restart a course even when you spoke with someone for their headquarters stating that you would be fine and as long as you complete it by a certain deadline you’ll be fine . So you try to get it completed by that time and midway through they change the course and won’t allow you a refund so you can sign up with a different program because they want to try and force keep with their program. just take the courses at a local community college as the online programs are trash.

Both of my children used Aceable online training for their drivers education needs and we all couldn't be more pleased. The website, program, and ease of use are top notch. I submitted a question to the customer service department and received a response promptly and they helped me navigate the process with ease. I HIGHLY recommend Aceable for anyone needing drivers education. AND btw: the website lets you know what to expect when you are trying to obtain a learner's license or drivers license- because the whole process is very involved. 10/10 experience!

The app itself worked well and my son was happy with the experience until he went to take the state permit test. 25 minutes in the test was cut off without warning after only answering 20 questions resulting in a failing grade. Bummer, but not a big deal since he had 2 more attempts left. What they fail to tell you is that if you need to use a second attempt it costs another $25. Feels like a scam system to get more money.

I enrolled my teen in Aceable’s driving course and was unknowingly signed up for a roadside assistance subscription. I was charged $5 twice for a monthly program I never agreed to. The connection to Allstate was not clearly disclosed, and this feels misleading and sneaky. Aceable and Allstate are scamming customers with hidden subscriptions. Watch your bills closely if you use this service. Edit: Your response avoids the real issue. You market this product to teenagers, yet include an optional subscription tied to billing practices that are not clearly or transparently disclosed at the point of purchase. Consent buried in fine print or pre-checked options is not “meaningful consent”. Parents enrolling their teens should not be unknowingly exposed to recurring charges for third-party services. Regardless of how you justify it, this practice is misleading and deceptive, and the responsibility lies with Aceable and Allstate—not the customer. And that still doesn’t explain why I was charged twice in one day for a “monthly subscription”.

The course was easy even fun. The time required for each category is what makes it take so long. Other than that Allstate has a hook for you a FREE roadside service that's included with the course only for 30 days then they are going to take $5 from the credit card info you entered to pay for the course every month. That took forever to figure out how to cancel. Other than that the course was GREAT.

My son really struggled to get motivated reading the drivers manual so I went online looking for courses to help him and stumbled upon Aceable. They had a satisfaction guarantee so we gave it a shot. I'm very happy to report that he passed the written test with flying colors and was able to get his permit today! I will recommend them to everyone I know with children getting ready to drive. Aceable made it interesting and easy!

I paid for expedited shipping, and they promised next day by noon CST. They charged me for expedited service, I paid expedited fee, but they delivered it on a none-expedited basis. Do not trust their sales people and what they tell you.
