While the program itself is good be careful what you sign up for because you will automatically get enrolled/ charged monthly for a roadside assistance subscription.

Daughter is using the app and content is basically the same as what she would get in a traditional class. It does the job and the price is good. ** Be extremely alert when signing up on the webform. They charge you unnecessarily for roadside assistance. I already get it from my insurance company. I noticed a $5 charge on my credit card statement. My wife filled out the form and she definitely didn't notice that they had the checkbox pre-filled for roadside assistance. I had to hunt around in the profile to find the place to disable the roadside assistance feature. This seems like a deceitful practice.**

Just realized they auto enroll you (your teen driver) in a $5 per month Allstate roadside assistance. They are taking advantage of 15 year-old kids. Pathetic. Stop autorenrolling people in this. It’s a scam. I see that you put in there that you can cancel anytime but you shouldn’t be setting up 15 year-old kids for this. Also they have an instant delivery fee that charges you 15 dollars which is ridiculous. Says you can get it instantly or have to wait up to 24 hours to receive. Really Aceable? It’s online. How is it not instant to begin with. You once again are taking advantage of 15 year old kids. Need to refund these charges. I will be letting everyone I know to stay away.

This company fraudulently charged my credit card $5 a month for a year for "roadside assistance" that I never authorized. I paid $100 for the parent taught driver's ed for my son. They enrolled me in a "free trial" of their side racket without my consent. Then they started charging me because I didn't cancel the subscription, that I never asked for or even knew about, after their trial period. I use my card for a lot of auto payments, so their charges fell beneath my radar. This scam seems pretty criminal. Their response to another review claims this only happens if you check a specific box at checkout. I assure you I did not. If this was true, why has it happened to so many people? Seems to be purposely convoluted to trick customers. Update: I tried AGAIN to get them to stop charging my card, the link they sent says I don't have an account. So I emailed them again, and they told me there's no account. And then they charged my card again TODAY. I've been telling them all week to stop and they did it again.

Dont waste your time or money,- Aceable is a scam with a smile. I wasted hours if my life to get a partial refund ad their system failed me repeatedly. Locked out of my account, wasting hours trying to talk to a human representative who is from a third world country. Then being charged for something I didn't ask for and that is roadside assistance and guess what they surreptitiously sign you up for ever. You find out on your debit card. Real slick. Then they don't fully prepare you for dps. You have to find out on your own. I could have saved 60 bucks and just did it through dps which I now have to do.So if you're thinking about using Aceable, ask yourself if you enjoy wasting time, being ignored, and paying for frustration. If not, steer clear and either use dps or a better online reputable driver's course.

The chapters are easy and the videos help alot. I was really prepared when I had to take the exam at the end. And also I liked being able to learn at my own pace.

I do enjoy this course however, I get very confused with what I have completed and what I have left to complete. Maybe, it is just me I would prefer to see color coding or slashes through my completed chapters. That is my only observation, and I have used the site 2x in last 5 years and that is my only concern, Oh my bad, also I have not paid for the course do I pay at the end when completed?

This company makes it impossible to cancel your subscription. It’s almost illegal how they hide the option and make you go through 10 or more steps.
