I was in a pickle with a stalled car at a busy intersection and visiting here from Austin. Called Addison automotive and although we did not use their service, Sherry was quick to help us find another auto shop that could get us in and she also helped to get us in touch with a towing company, Joes towing. She didn't have to help us bc we weren't using their automotive place, but she helped to make sure we were getting seen by someone ASAP. The fact that she went above and beyond to help, speaks volumes of the kind of customer service they provide.

Sherry at Addison Automotive is Amazing! She was very detailed oriented and knew exactly what to look up. I was worried to take my jaguar there because I thought they wouldn’t have the tools or the knowledge to fix but I was very wrong. They did a detailed PPI and fixed my convertible roof in no time. They work on European cars all the time and are very familiar with them, honestly I got a deal too it was only $150 dollars for the diagnosis. Highly recommended!

I had such an incredible experience with Addison Automotive. My car was towed and was not driveable, so I looked for women-owned mechanic shops and saw this place with phenomenal reviews - I can see why. They were very accommodating, helpful, and transparent about the pricing. I didn't feel pressured to have any unnecessary repairs, and I wasn't upsold. I was so anxious about taking my car to a mechanic as a single woman, having heard the horror stories of predatory practices at other auto shops. I'm so glad that I went with Addison Automotive! My car is good as new and I couldn't be happier!
Everybody at this shop is so awesome. We are from California traveling through Texas on our way east when our truck started to overheat. We had taken it to another shop first but was not satisfied with there “fix”, so we took it to Addison automotive and now we are back on the road with no problem. They could have taken advantage of the “helpless vacationers” but instead were completely honest and got us on the road for the best price they could.
The best experience I’ve had at an auto shop. They were honest and very kind. There were a lot of things wrong with my car (older car) - Sherry and JD took the time to educate me on what was wrong without me even asking. They even helped me make a plan on what to fix first based on safety. I’m always wary of being misled/overcharged because I’m a girl & previous experiences, but they made me feel at ease. They made a stressful situation much easier and I’m very appreciative. My car also feel 5 years younger :) Thanks guys!!
Had my Kia ev6 inspected at this shop before purchasing and couldn’t be happier. The shop did a thorough inspection and had a very detailed report. Sheryl, the shop rep, was also super nice and informative!
Sherry and the whole staff are awesome. I love visiting a shop that is ran by a woman in a male dominated industry. They are family owned and it makes it that much better for me. Fair pricing. Quick turn around. Would recommend to anyone!
