I wanted someone to come by and look at my pool heater that was not working properly and a friend recommended AEI ProGas. When I called the representative on the phone was very helpful and she set up an appointment right away. There were many follow ups and reminders of the appointment both by email and text. The tech Richard was a 1/2 an hour early and was excellent. He looked at the heater and found the problem to be a small one. He fixed it right away. I am very happy I called AEI ProGas for my pool heater issue.
We had a great experience with AeiProGas. From scheduling through the actual appointment, everything went smoothly. Johnathan was great! He kept us informed about his arrival time and showed up on schedule. He was courteous, professional and friendly. We would definitely recommend AeiProGas.

From my first call they were on time and communicative. Their tech went above and beyond. He took the time to explain each step to my wife and I and made sure we were satisfied. They were clean and very professional.
I was very pleased that ProGas could get a technician out within a few days, and that Ken was able to solve our spa heating problem quickly. It was a little more expensive than I had hoped, but overall, pleased that it is all working properly now.
Technician opened heater panel and discovered an insect created a short. Reset the heater and functions began working properly. Took approximately 10 minutes and decided to charge 1/4 hour. Much appreciated, the honest and reasonable resolution.
