I called AEI Pro Gas because my Pool Heater appeared to be malfunctioning. They scheduled me the next day and The Tech Jason showed up early (notified me that he was enroute) and once he arrived he diagnosed the issue. So I had a very good experience with AEI ProGas.
Although they charged me 3% for credit card charge that did the right thing and adjusted the bill because i didn’t know in advance. That were truly concerned with customer satisfaction and were very responsive to my concerns. They did a great job and kept me informed on arrival time and professional
Our technician, Johnathan, was extremely professional, knowledgeable and kind. He fixed the issues with our gas fireplace quickly and spent time with me to help me understand how both to troubleshoot with and operate the unit. He suggested I video how to start the pilot light when I expressed a concern that I hoped his instructions wouldn't just go in one ear and out the other as far as I was concerned--it was a brilliant suggestion, and I have him on my phone in perpetuity in case I ever need a reminder so we can optimize the use of our fireplace! Johnathan provided a rare level of service to me that I greatly appreciated--I'd have given him 10 stars if I could have! Thank you!

Lenard Green was absolutely amazing. He is a sound professional, and his experience and knowledge with cleaning and flushing our tankless water heater was amazing. We look forward to having him return for future work in our home. Highly recommend AEI for gas related plumbing issues!
Update 10/13/2025 -- AEI Pro Gas continues to exceed expectations. My pool heater wouldn't start up, AEI was out the next day, updated the regulator and line, the heater started right up. Knowledgeable, friendly and super fast response. You can count on them to get the job done. AEI Pro gas installed a new line for pool heater and also appliances for my outdoor kitchen. Proposal was accurate and installation was professional. It is a multi-step install for a gas line, with multiple inspections that AEI coordinated.
Ken was excellent. Showed up on time and saved me money! Thought we needed a valve replaced which he could have done, but instead found the real issue with no parts needing replaced and minimal labor. I always say you pay for someone’s knowledge, not their time!
Friendly, efficent, and professional service. Service technicians quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the gas regulator, and had the pool heater running in under an hour. Thanks.
