Today was my time shopping at this store and I was impressed! The store was clean, organized and smelled great, Christian music was playing, they had a great selection of cute clothing, and the customer service was great! I will definitely be back again!
I went on a Sunday and had an amazing experience! Everyone was so helpful and friendly the clothes are so comfortable and everything is very organized great store.

I have been shopping at Altered state for a very long time, and always came in with my mother. We’ve always been treated as annoyances and felt rushed the whole time. This time me and my friend went alone and were treaded horribly, the staff was super rude and made remarks such as “wow you guys took so long, I forgot y’all were here” and made me and my friend feel unwanted. We both bought several items, so we weren’t in there loitering, but were treated as such. Every staff member was the same in the way they spoke to us and treated our request, such as help getting items down. Overall the experience was miserable and makes me doubt purchasing from Altered state just to avoid interaction with the staff.
The store itself is cute. Don’t give me wrong, but I can find clothes on SHEIN for way cheaper just as cute and better quality than what y’all sell. Also, when I shop, I want to enjoy my experience shopping I don’t wanna be bombarded at the door by a greeter who has an entire list of things she has to say to me when all I want to do is shop peace. A simple hello welcome in would’ve been great. Also, all the employees are so rude for no reason won’t be coming back here ever again
While the clothing is cute, the necklace I purchased was broken when removed from the packaging. I also had an uncomfortable in-store experience, as I felt I was being closely followed by employees while other customers were not
The young women working at this store are fantastic. When I came in yesterday looking for a white dress for my upcoming engagement photos they were so helpful. Multiple team members even stepped in to help me search for a dress I saw on their website. When I was trying on a few dresses in the dressing room area they brought me multiple dresses (including the one I was looking for!) for more options. After checkout they were so sweet offering congratulations and well wishes. I will definitely be returning to this location because of this experience.
I came in looking for the perfect dress for my engagement photo shoot. The girls were so attentive to what I wanted and showed me a variety of options that fit what I envisioned myself wearing. My future mother in law were greeted so kindly and all of the girls were checking in on us throughout the entire process. I sincerely appreciated all of the kind wishes on my engagement!! I will for sure be back at this location for other upcoming events!
The sale area was a complete mess...clothes all over the floor but otherwise the store was beautiful as usual
