I wish I didn't even spend the $50 I did in this shop. Today I lost a $2,000 earring in the store. When I realized it, I panicked, called the store, and asked them if it was in the store. They said that it wasn't there and would look for it. I drove back to the store (keep in mind, I live 4 hours away and was visiting Dallas). As soon as I went into the changing room (the one they said they already checked). Right in the middle of the changing room was the earring. I was so upset that they obviously lied. Not only that but when I was in store, none of them cared to help me. When I let them know I found it, no one even cared. Extremely rude staff.
The clothes is cute but the staffs attitude is ugly. They refused to let us in during a storm. We had to sit in our car while golf-sized hail pelted our car and we couldn’t move until it passed. They did nothing but watch us as we sat in our car. Watched as other people tried seeking shelter in their store and they didn’t let them in.
I never knew if you are Hispanic they will racially profile you and follow you around the store keeping an eye on you while there’s other guests not being watched like that. Was in a uncomfortable position
Yall... I was in a bad car accident a few months back. Like my car was completely totaled and let me tell yall!! The earring I bought here served the accident lmao like my glasses, gone, my necklace, gone but those earring stayed perfect. 10 out of 10 LMaoo no but in all honesty this place is great. Wonderful staff and super cute clothes!
Had a great experience today in the store, everyone was super helpful and accommodating, even grabbing me a different size in the fitting room!
Employees ignored us as we walked in and continued to be rude throughout our entire shopping experience. No employees acted like they were sales associates. Do not recommend.
Such a cute store! Everyone is always friendly. Only complaint is prices are a little high, but the clothing is adorable and pretty high quality
