A lovely coffee shop in the Italian market! It's a great price compared to bougie cafes around south philly, and just as good if not better quality. I got the caramel harvest latte from their fall menu and it was delicious.
A nice place to stop and get a drink in Philadelphia. Pretty good chocolate and the drinks have aroma. This was on my tourist list and it’s pretty relaxing
Food was good but you can’t get a receipt unless you give your personal info. It doesn't take much to provide Printed receipt.
Wonderful atmosphere to indulge in a sweet treat while chatting with a friend and watching passersby. A bit of a European vibe, with great coffee too!
I bought one americano and two cappuccinos in grande size for me and my friends. The total price was less than ten dollars. I had a cup of cappuccino. Its taste was good. Staffs were very kind. A little place was packed with customers, yet cozy. Luckily we could get a table to chat while enjoying good coffee and cozy.
Not only are their chocolates great. Their gelatos are incredibly flavorful! Much better than ice cream. But on top of all of that they’re Panini’s breakfast sandwiches and lunch specials are just wonderful. The people here are friendly and do their best to serve you quickly and efficiently. Love this place.

I saw many reviews talking about rude staff and bad service. The staff that helped me were very friendly. I ordered a caramel latte, it was delicious. We also ordered a hot chocolate that was good. The service was pretty fast, not too crowded in the store. We bought a box of chocolate truffles which I expect will be fantastic. Love this place!
Stopped in for a little coffee while walking by. At first it was nice , in total awe from the selection of delicate chocolates. Once I made it to the front I was greeted but after my friend tried to convince the barista to put the sugar in before so it could dissolve she became very rude and snarky. Saying he could just do it after. Telling him things like “it’s common sense”. I just personally feel as though comments like those aren’t warranted. You work a job dealing with people who don’t know coffee like that. you either be helpful or don’t, being rude is just unnecessary!
If I could give 0 stars for “service” I would, went with my family, very excited since it’s a truly Italian bakery, seemed very cute and cozy (and it was), but from the moment we walked in the girl in the register KARA (with glasses) was extremely rude, seemed very annoyed and treated my whole family very poorly, we ordered gelatos and even though they weren’t the best they were good and very fairly priced, will come back to try more things in the future but hopefully with different staff or at least better trained, she definitely made us have a bad experience.
