Absolutely amazing experience shopping at BHLDN with Ethan - he was so lovely, encouraging, and helped me talk through my different wedding gown options
Walked in here the other day waiting to make a return. There was only 1 woman in front of me so I waited to the side as it was not clear whether the line started on the left or right. Another person lined up on the other side. When the woman in front of me left I naturally moved ahead as I was obviously next to be served as I had arrived the earliest. The cashier was extremely snotty to me and glanced at the woman who had lined up on the other side. Acting like i was in the wrong. I ARRIVED first so of course I should be be next. I was extremely pissed off by her attitude towards a customer. Service here is horrible and I will not be back.
I never felt so humiliated in my life!!! Last Sunday I was removed from a chair in the fitting room area because supposedly it was only for customers with appointment, there is no signs that say that that area and the chais are reserved, very sad experience
Good hotel, clean and comfy good service and very polite people in the Front ! A little bit too tight thou ! Small rooms so you won’t fit if you bring your big suitcases
i like this FiDi Anthropologie location bc it has a large home goods section that is well-merchandized with great decor, furniture, and more. Anthropologie is a store that puts me out of my comfort zone but i like that. i like its creative elegant ethos from stationery to bedding stuff to room hardware and so much more. this location has a medium-sized first floor that is mostly women's clothes and there's more women's clothes in the HUGE subterranean level which also is merchandised with a ton of items for all your home decorating and furnishing needs. this floor feels airy and not cramped--items are stylishly displayed throughout the floor. every display in the home area really feels like "home." there's a fairly large sales and clearance section tucked in the back of the floor. Anthropologie really is great for inspiring gift ideas for when you're in need of a housewarming gift... the staff from floor salespersons & theccashiers has been very helpful--especially when i am looking for an online items in-store. all in all, the service has been friendly. drops mic cuz i got decor to explore
Love the stuff they carry but customer service is very poor.. the cashier talks to you like she’s doing you a favor by packaging the fragile items ... I’ve had my shopping bag tear a number of time because of their packing and their refusal to double bag !

Wow, I didn't realize they had such a large space downstairs (relative to the upstairs)! They have more clothes, cosmetics, jewelry, home goods, furniture, and sale items downstairs. Would definitely go back to check it out regularly.
This is the most beautiful Anthropologie store ever. Wander through each floor and enjoy the beautiful details, home furniture, unique decor, art, rugs and the breath taking bridal section. And check out the clearance section (50%-80% off).
Beautiful store. Very large open spaces.
